The location, the quality fittings and equipment, the overall sense of high quality for everything.... and of course great views and being within a few minutes walk of the beach.

Overall it was so excellent, these are just niggles. The info for arrival [finding the designated car parking space then finding the actual apartment in the blocks was difficult and frustrating... and it's a long way to carry luggage from car park space to the apartment [even before you arrive at the long staircases!] The heating system was difficult to fathom and the thermostats in the bedrooms were fixed not to go higher than 17 which was too cool for our preference [the rest of the thermostats were settable to whatever preference required]

Everything was good except the central heating did not work and it was cold outside.

The double beds are a bit uncomfy and it would have been nice to have two towels per person as you need one when drying your hair.

Absolutely beautiful location.

Access instructions. Did not know the main gates would open automatically or how to get into the main building. Fortunately a postman was on site to show me the way to no 21. Additionally, the parking spaces were not numbered consecutively. Diagrams would have been useful.
