good location

when we arrived there was rubbish all over the garden, it was awful. the lawn was over grown. this was also advertised as a four bedroom with sofa bed - no sofa bed and no extra blankets. no hot water in the kitchen. in addition, they take loads of money off you and the process is so hard - they have not refunded my full deposit back and no explanation. windows we’re filthy

The house was clean & tidy. Very comfortable

Would be nice to have a couple of lamps, and mirror right height for make up near a socket.

very comfortable, centrally located to where we wanted to be, all facilities if required. Clean, easy to access and lots of space. Our lovely dog was welcomed and local parks for her walks.

Nothing to not like.

It was very complicated to coordinate payments. The couple next door yelled at each other to the point we had to move my daughter into another room as she was so scared and couldn’t sleep.
