Friends and I went to Kentucky to golf. Great home for 12 adults to stay. Host responded when we reached out. Close by to downtown and other areas.

Plenty of beds for larger quantity of people. Location is pretty close to campus. It worked out well for graduation weekend. However, the upstairs floors are extremely creeky.

Property was as described and value for the space. We had 4 families with 5 small children plus dogs and it worked well for our group to stay there and attend Keeneland. Walkable to a few spots on Richmond and a park behind the house. Would come back.

The house was everything that we needed. We were in town for the high school boys state basketball tournament. The bedrooms with bunk beds were perfect for the teens we had with us. We had a little issue getting our lock code to work, but a quick call to the property manager got that resolved within 5 minutes. He was easy to work with and easy to talk to.

Overall I would give this stay a 3.5 of 5. My code did not work when I arrived, but thankfully the owner picked up right away. It was slightly better than okay of a stay. The front yard and backyard hadn't been kept up in some time and I picked this place for my daughter and dogs to play in, so I was a little upset at that. There are only 2 full bathrooms and the bottom stairs shower has a window with full view of the next door neighbors window, and they look down. There was no curtain so I used an extra towel. This place reminds me of a flipper house where they do the bare minimum during a renovation but mostly took shortcuts. For instance, the upstairs bathroom does not have an outlet. Good thing I brough an extension cord. The downstairs single bedroom has a door that leads to the kitchen, but it would not close at all. Owner said they will fix that, so the next renter can verify that for me. The plus sides to this house and the number of beds, but I'd be weary to fit 12 people in this house with only 2 bathrooms. Back patio looks like it may fall apart soon and could use some tlc. Didn't really cook, so not sure what did and did not work well in kitchen. Microwave was a disaster, looks like their cleaners missed that. So again, 3.5/5. It was better than okay.

We stopped here on our way home from Canada. It’s in a quiet little neighborhood and not far from the Kentucky Horse Park. The owner is quick to answer questions. My door code didn’t work when we got there around 11 pm and within minutes I had a response with a door code to get us in. We would stay here again.

Property was exactly as advertised. Only hiccup was it was 51° when we checked in and when we went to bed 10 hours later it was 61° during the two days day. I believe it finally made it up to 66 or 67 suggest thermostat be put on a schedule.

Our goal was to have a house that felt like home…where we could bond, laugh, and enjoy each other! It was perfection!
