Amazing place for 6 couples to stay. Everyone had their own private bath and lots of outdoor and indoor living space. Lovely.

We had 14 of us ranging from 68 to 3. Great space to spread out and also to cozy up together. Fantastic kitchen and dining seating for all. Very ample sleeping + baths for each! We lost a 15 yr old grandson this summer, this trip was the getaway from the norm that we all needed at this time of the year. Thank you for sharing this beautiful vacation home with us!!❤️

Stayed here for my 40th birthday celebration with my husband and friends and this place lived up to our expectations and more! The photos online are an accurate representation of how nice the property is. I loved that there is a pathway to the beach directly across the street! The village is super cute and within a 5-10 minute walk. Everything was new, clean, comfortable, decorated so nicely. We loved that each bedroom has their own bathroom + there are two other community half baths. We got great use of the hot tub, pool, mini golf, bikes, and other amenities. The outdoor shower was nice to rinse off from the beach and it was nice to have the beach chairs and cart. In the back patio area, there is an outdoor fridge and freezer to store beverages, I didn’t realize that until we got there! It was convenient when enjoying the outdoor space. This house is amazing and I would stay there again. We had some trouble with the dishwasher (user error) and the communication and resolution were timely.

The property was perfect for our family vacation. Location was wonderful, close to shops, restaurants, and right across from the beach. We really enjoyed our time in Siesta Key. I highly recommend this property.

The property is PERFECT! We loved everything about it. So nicely thought out. Nicely decorated...everything was top notch! The floor plan could not have been more perfect for our family! I would HIGHLY recommend this property. Cleanliness is VIP to us and it was very clean. Location was fabulous!

Will definitely stay here again! Plenty of space for 9 adults and 2 grandchildren. Ping pong golf pool and slide awesome! And short walk to town and beach. It was a wonderful week for our family!

We had a wonderful stay! The home is gorgeous, and the layout is perfect for two families. All the kids loved the pool and mini-golf, and we appreciated the safety feature of the pool door alarm.

This is a great house to stay with a group. We were a group of 9 women celebrating a birthday. The house is in a perfect Location across from the beach and in walking distance into town. The free trolley that runs the island was an added bonus. The house was very clean and had every amenity you could think of. I would highly recommend this property.

The house was amazing, modern, clean and very spacious. The view of the ocean from the upper balconies was an added bonus. The back pool area was such a blast - we spent so much time back there and never got bored. The walk to the beach is super quick and easy and walking to all the shops and restaurants in the village was also easy (10 minutes or so). All around an amazing experience!

The house was beautiful and location was awesome. The only drawback was the thin walls between the other unit. For the two nights someone was in the other rental it was very loud and disruptive. I would recommend but keep in mind if someone is in other unit.

This was a beautiful home and perfect for a short work retreat. With east access to the beach and walking distance to the Siesta Key Village, our team really enjoyed the location. The house was pristine and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back!

Great place to stay. We had a group of 8 adults celebrating my wife’s 40th for 3 nights. The house was as close to perfect as if good be and we could have slept more if needed with no problem. No crowding - plenty of space. We spent most of a day just hanging there at the house in the pool (Oct. 29) , playing putt putt, and enjoying the backyard! Ocean is beautiful, beach is clean. Local food was great, plenty of bars, relaxed & safe environment for all age groups. We’ll be back!

The house was beautiful and very comfortable for our large family. The beach was one of the nicest we've been too and it was literally a 3 or 4 minute walk. Perfect vacation. Will definitely go back.
