*Construction of Keystone's new Kindred has officially begun and will be taking place through 2025. Please be aware when booking that nearby construction will be ongoing. Property Management will not provide any refunds or property changes due to construction, increased walk time to lifts, noise, or ongoing work in this area.*
Location, location, location and ski views! Enjoy this quiet 3 bedroom penthouse in River Run with 20' cathedral ceilings throughout, upgraded flooring, granite countertops, and it is situated on the slope view side of the building. The dining room can seat up to 8 people, great for having a meal with the whole family. A fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook like you're right at home. In the living room there are comfy furnishings surrounding the gas fireplace and flat screen TV for a nice night in with the family. The spacious private patio wraps around the entire unit and boasts stunning views of the ski slopes. There is a private washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen TV, and private patio entrance. The en suite primary bathroom features a dual sink vanity and a spacious standing shower. The second primary bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom with a dual sink vanity and large standing shower. The guest bedroom features two twin bunk beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests.
Red Hawk Lodge has some of the best amenities in Keystone. After a long day on the slopes, relax in the year-round heated outdoor pool or hot tub. There is also a pool table, fitness room, ski lockers, sauna, game room, and a courtyard with an outdoor dining area and communal grill. Step out your patio door, and walk the short 3 minutes to the gondola! River Run Village is also only a 3 minute walk away, where you can enjoy all the dining, shopping and night life.
There is heated underground parking for one car.

Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.This condo has one available parking space.

Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking.
