We rented this property out for our bridesmaids and bride (me!) to get ready in on the morning of our wedding. It was such a beautiful spot, with gorgeous views of the mountains and a lovely sun room which had great light for photos. It was easy to find, comfortable, and in the perfect proximity to our venue. The host was very communicative and attentive to anything we needed during our stay. 10/10 recommend!

We were attending a wedding at the Mountain Top Resort and it was very convenient to stay here! It’s a bit harder to walk to the inn than expected, but it’s probably the closest rental available. At the end of the wedding, the inn van actually dropped us off while doing its route. Great stay and gorgeous views!

Great home—accommodating six adults and two pets for family gathering. Very clean and nicely outfitted. Private outdoor setting with Mountain View, grills and fire pit. Walk to hiking trails and nice restaurant. Nearby reservoir for kayaking and swimming. Excellent communication and responsiveness by host.

From the moment we pulled into the driveway we fell in love with this wonderful home. Absolutely perfect location right down the road from the Mountain Top Wedding we were attending. The home has such great character and is so inviting and comfortable. Spacious for our group of 7 adults, yet cozy enough for us to gather. We love the amazing views. Will most certainly return back to this serene home as soon as we can.

This house was great! Perfect for a family to spend time together during a wedding weekend. The host was super easy to communicate with and very helpful to us, old vermont houses can be tough in the winter, stone steps and ice were a little challenge but Evan helped us locate some sand! Would definitely recommend this house again!

We had a great stay in December 2023. The house was conveniently located but in a serene and private location. We skied at Pico and it was an easy drive. We traveled with three kids (ages 9-11) and there was plenty of room. The second floor shower had great water pressure. Check in/out was easy. The host was super helpful and very responsive. I texted him when I thought we were locked out (it was very cold!) and the lock was able to be remotely unlocked for us. So helpful with a bunch of tired and whiny kids! Being pet friendly was a big bonus. Great stay all around!

We enjoyed our stay. It is exactly as described, we had everything we needed. It was convenient to a lot of things in the area. Evan is super responsive and proactive in communication. I would stay again if I'm back in the area!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Evan was very easy to communicate with and the house was very clean and comfortable. We were guests at a wedding at the Mountaintop Inn right up the road and with all the festivities at the Inn, this was the perfect place to stay as it was so close by. Thank you for your hospitality!

Wonderful house suited our needs perfectly for a wedding weekend at Mountain Top Resort! Awesome location with unbelievable views. House worked great for our group of six family members. Evan was a pleasure to work with and made sure that we had a comfortable stay. Definitely would stay here again!

We had a great time in Chittenden. The house had beautiful views. The communication with Evan was great. We spent most of the time on the little deck looking at the mountains. It was walking distance to the Mountain resort where we went for a wedding. We would stay there again.

Very nice property with great views. Upon arriving, we we greeted by several deer on the property. We stayed here to attend a wedding at the Mountain Top Inn which is a short walk or ride. When not exploring the surrounding towns, we enjoyed relaxing outside with the many birds or in the cozy sunroom.

We loved our stay here! We arrived in a snowstorm and Evan was readily available to send out plows/sand for the driveway if we needed (we didn’t!). The house was so charming and clean, and 9 of us fit comfortably. Location was close enough to Killington for our ski trip (about 25 min), and we walked to the Mountain Top Inn for dinner which was great. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend!!

I went with a group of 8 friends and we all thought it was a great place. It’s clean, cozy, well-stocked, and big enough for a large group for a short stay. It’s close to Killington and there are also some trails right outside. The fireplace was a little tricky and I recommend texting the owner for advice before using it.

This property really fit the bill for our family of four including a 17 and 20 year old. They loved the sunroom for star watching. There was plenty of lounging space but it was still cozy. Beautiful views from the kitchen window. It’s minutes from the Mountaintop resort which you can go to the restaurant and there is a short walking trail nearby to walk down to see the view of the Chittendon reservoir. We took short rides to Killington to ride the Gondola, Lake Bosmeseen and took advantage of restaurants in Rutland. All in all we had a great summer stay and would like to come back!

Stayed here while attending a wedding at MountainTop Inn. It worked well as the Inn was only a 1/4 mile away. The house was clean and in great shape. Very private location with beautiful views. Evan provided detailed instructions for everything we needed.
Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend.

You won't regret renting this place! We had such a great time at this rental, I would come back anytime! We were looking for a nice, family friendly places for the weekend and this spot was perfect. Each bedroom had its own air conditioning. The 2 full bathrooms made showering and getting ready for our larger group a breeze. The large outdoor space was wonderful for the summer time and we saw so much wildlife.

Great Private Location, Nice Home!
My adult family stayed at this beautiful private home while attending a wedding at the Mountain Top Resort. We were the first ones to rent the property, so the house was just going through the finishing touches of a recent renovation. Beautiful private property with small fenced in area for a dog. Amazing views from the kitchen and porches! The mountain top resort was a short walk or drive away.
