This property is located close to the water and right next door to Mineral Springs golf course. It is great for a weekend golf trip with friends or a family vacation. The property was extremely clean and exactly as described. Everything in the house was labeled and questions were answered promptly. This is a great place to stay that won't break the bank. We were there for a hunt on the LBL but it would be good for any occasion. This will definitely be our go to place when we are in the area.

We are a group of friends that have started an annual "end of season" golf/relaxation weekend. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and have zero complaints. The place is clean, cozy and close to the golf course. I would definitely recommend this rental.

We enjoyed our two night stay (4 adults, 1 child). Owners communicated very throughly on directions to house, using televisions, local restaurants, etc. The house had a great view! Beds/pillows were all comfy and kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need and more. A huge plus was having everything labeled! Would stay here again.

The house was very nice and clean. We were amazed by the comfort of the beds and the supplies that were available to us. Would and will recommend it to others!

Perfect setup for Lake Barkley

I loved this property. The house was probably the cleanest I have stayed in and was decorated so calming and nicley. Eveything you could possibly need in the kitchen and all labeled. Beds were so comfortable my mom who went with us was searching for the mattress toppers before we left. Really have not slept that good in a long time. Also the neighbor hood was very nice, quite and beautiful. The managers were also very quick to respond. So very happy we chose to stay here and hope to make another stay in the future.

The house was all we needed during our stay. Location is perfect for a holiday on the lake. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We stay in quite a few holiday homes such as this and I will note this is the first place that kept their personal belongings in the shower and clothes in the closet. I would recommend locking one of the closets and keeping them in there. I will also mention there were a handful loose pills in one of the bedside tables. We stayed with our three young children, who found these pills and were thankfully smart enough to show us. They look like some sort of Tylenol/aspirin, but if they would have eaten all them, we would have been at the hospital. I wouldn’t have these two things deter us from staying again. Kitchen was nicely labeled. AC worked wonderfully. Plenty of towels and blankets. Also found extra paper towels and toilet paper in one of the closets.

It was a very enjoyable stay for our family. The owners are easy to communicate with at times during the stay. They were friendly and quick to respond. It was clean. Thanks for the nice place to reconnect.

What a great place to stay for 2 families and so close to Mineral Mounds boat ramp. The neighborhood was super fun.

We were there for a fishing event for Paralyzed Veterans. The facility served us very well and offered all the comforts we needed.

Loved the screen porch. Really nicely decorated. Owner responsive to a maintenance issue. Would stay here again.

This place has it all! Great host and a perfect fit for our golf weekend. Really recommend staying here if you are wanting to play golf right next door!

This rental had everything you could ask for. Excellent view of Barkley. Close to town. Only down fall is the roads are very tight so if you plan on bringing a boat like we did you will have to be careful driving in. Otherwise it was an excellent place and if it’s still a vrbo in the future I will definitely be back.

The property is clean, cute, and not far from town. If you are coming from the north, it's easy to get to - just outside Eddyville. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the screened porch has a partial view of the lake - there are houses in between. It was very quiet all weekend.

This home was absolutely perfect! The most quiet neighborhood ever.Home was spotless and completely stocked for all your needs.The beds were so comfy and the house was decorated so spot on! The communication with jarrod was always fast and super reliable .Will definitely stay again when in the area!

Last minute get-away with my grown klds. Property is in a quieter neighborhood. You do have a lakeview, but it's not on the lake which was fine for us. The bedding was very nice with mattress toppers. It is decorated really cute. All the necessary kitchen items were there. Huge TV with Netflix etc. We played spades on the back deck in the evening which is a family favorite. There is a fairly large backyard- if you had little ones, there is space to play. Mineral Mounds golf course was within walking distance. They were booked the weekend we went so we played Boots Randolph. We rented a boat from Hu-B's which was a 5 minute drive. The owners leave their personal items there, which is fine with me- we even added to their bar tip jar as we did drink a few of their beers (and they had a note that said that was ok) :) The owners/management were very responsive to questions even when I phoned to ask where to take the trash the morning we left. I wanted to leave it as close to as when we arrived as this is their private residence. Would definitely stay here again!
