The best home we have stayed at on our many vacation trips. The house was beautiful and we all had a great time.

Very accommodating

Our family has been going to Bethany Beach for the last 5 years, but this year was one of the most special years because of this house! It is the perfect house for families especially with young children. We swam in the pool for 4 days straight, enjoyed the game room, played on the playground and really enjoyed the walking path right in the backyard, Chad was a great host and communicated with us quickly whenever we needed something. Would definitely recommend this for a family getaway!

Amazing beautiful home to celebrate the 88th birthday for the patriarch of our family. Fantastic family reunion for ages 88-3 years old . 26 people in all and all had a bed. Plenty of indoor and outdoor living space. Amazing indoor pool, playground for kids. Walking trails. Chad, the owner, easy to reach and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!

The 60th birthday party was a great success. The hot water heater(s) went out and didn't have any hot water, but the Owner had a service person on site within 30 minutes of me notifying him. The service company installed a new system and had a hot shower that evening. Owner even said we could stay an extra night at the house to compensate our troubles. Owner had great communications during our visit. Location of the property was great. Pool and spa was wonderful! At my age the smart tv's were difficult...until my daughter showed up at the birthday party, lol. Enjoyed the amenities.

Annual extended family vacation. We have several families and we love to all stay in same home.

Excellent property for an extended family get together. Easily accommodated several families including 12 adults & 6 children (age range from infant to teenager). Nearby, there is plenty to do to keep everyone in our group happy. Fishing, biking, hiking, kayaking, mini golf, great restaurants, beach, & even an amusement park to name a few. The indoor pool has a beautiful hot tub, a slide with cascading waterfall, and is beautifully landscaped. The owner is very responsive and is clearly interested in making sure his renters are happy & comfortable. Highly recommend this property for a terrific vacation.

We had a great stay in Ocean View. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The property was well maintained and any issues or concerns were taken care of immediately. There was enough room for all 24 of us (age ranges 0-68). The indoor pool was the best! A great week with lasting family memories of a lifetime at this home. We would definitely stay here again!

My family had a great vacation experience at this home. We are ages 6 to 87 and everyone loved everything this house had to offer. The indoor pool was even better than then we anticipated. It is Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!! The living room, kitchen and den on the first floor were very comfortable and provided plenty of space for all of us to gather in. Game room is awesome. Rooftop deck is great. All bedrooms and bathrooms are plenty big enough and comfortable as well. There are plenty of other amenities and all of them met or exceeded our expectations. We have rented many homes before and this house was the cleanest we been in by far. Finally, the homeowner is kind, gracious and a wonderful host. We will definitely rent this house again on our next trip to Delaware.

This house has it all! We had an awesome vacation with our family- clean, updated, great layout, plenty of beds & bathrooms.. and indoor pool!!! The pool room is bigger in person, even the adults had fun sliding down the slide. Variety of all bike sizes with a bike path right out the back door. Close to the beach & boardwalk. If the unpredictable weather keeps you from the beach, this is the house to be at, especially with kids. The host was so nice and great to communicate with. Highly recommend for your next vacation. Our kids are already asking us when we’re going back.

My three-generation family of 9 really enjoyed this roomy house! The large indoor pool was the hit of our stay. As the grandmother in the group, I appreciated the bedroom and bath on the main level. The kids loved the bikes, pinball machine and pool table. We look forward to returning next year!

What an amazing house to rent for a big group of family and friends to come together. I celebrated my birthday and had 22 friends stay in the house comfortably! Everyone was obsessed with the pool and hot tub especially because it was cold outside so we were able to hang out in the pool room for hours. We played games outside in the spacious yard. It truly felt like home and I will be back to stay here again! Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a combined bachelor/bachelorette party and had the most wonderful time! The pictures of the home don't do it justice. It is a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood and is great for large groups. The owner was also really kind and super responsive. We will be back!

It was a great stay and the pool was awesome. The property manager was very responsive. Would recommend for anyone who wants a fun getaway vacation.

What an awesome stay we had in Delware at Chad's place! 16 30/40 something adults were looking for a fun weekend getaway in January and we found it with this VRBO. The indoor pool, slide, and spa were so unique and fun! The fact we could swim at our rental during the winter was awesome. I can only imagine how fun this place would be with the beach in the summer season. The house is big and provides plenty of space for lots of adults and/or kids. The game room was fun and the space downstairs was big enough to accommodate our large group. We also utilized the bikes and the walking paths. It's also great that there are 4 full bathrooms and a washer/dryer, as well as a grill and extra fridge in the garage. Chad was easy to communicate with the entire time and always looking for ways to make his home more accommodating for guests. This was a very unique stay and we felt like kids for the weekend! It was great and I highly recommend spending the extra dollars for this unique place!

Best vacation house ever

We saw this FABULOUS home listed and we were amazed that it had an indoor pool - which was even MORE beautiful in person! Viewing the website we could not believe that this house was for available for rent - but we decided to book it immediately - and we loved it even more than our expectations! It has everything for families - it was large enough for our family - we were 17 people - coming from north and south directions - and everybody had a GREAT time! Our grandchildren were in the indoor pool several times a day - there was a fabulous game room with 3 arcades - pool table - TV, etc. The backyard was GREAT for the very little children - sand area, tree house and the very young grandchilden adored that area! We were also on a canal and the older children were able to use the kayak which the owners supplied! The front lawn was HUGE so the kids played all kinds of outdoor sports in the evening after dinner! We were also 2 miles from the beach - and manyother activities were not far - mini golf and a water park! This was a GREAT home - thank you to the wonderful owners who were available if needed! I'll start by saying the home is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could need for a great stay. The pool and game room were great diversions when the beach/boardwalk areas were not the right option. The property is located a quiet neighborhood with easy access to both Delaware and Marlyland beaches. This makes for a perfect combination of being able to enjoy quiet time at home or access the more popular vacation area. We came with a group of 10 and had plenty of room, a couple more bedrooms would have been perfect but there was plenty of room to manage sleeping arrangements. Our group ranged from 1 to 74 years old and there was something for everyone. The canal area and walkway were great for walking the dogs or riding bikes, the local town area provided food and activity options for slow days, and backyard was perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cocktail and some food. Thank you so much for housing us for the week!

We had a great stay and loved everything about the house!

This house was perfect for our multi-family group. The indoor pool was amazing and a great space on a rainy beach day. The house had multiple spaces for gathering for meals , TV, and games. It also offered plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the game room and outdoor spaces. We used the trails just behind the house for walking and biking and ventured into the canal with our kayaks.. It was in a quiet neighborhood but only short drive to the beach. We are hoping to make this our annual destination to the beach for our family gathering. Loved it!

This house and property was great for a large family. Plenty of bedrooms and space plus the pool and game room was great for rainy days. I would recommend this place to anyone! The kitchen also has everything you need.
