Really enjoyed the unit and first time staying in this area of Lincoln City. Only negative thing I can say honestly is that it would have been nice for the Pool/Hot Tub to be open and communication of such, as we were looking forward to some Hot Tub time during raining day. You could tell it’s been sitting untouched for quite some time. Suggestion of screen door would be amazing for having door open to enjoy the sound of the waves. The communication and assistance in booking and having to change dates was extremely accommodating. We would have stayed another night if booking had not been after us. Thank you for everything. I booked this one specifically due to the comfy chairs with ottoman to look out window while reading. And that it only had 1 neighbor ;-) we will be back and I’ve already referred to other family members.

Cute little condo, reminds me of an old apartment I used to rent. A little dated but quaint. When I reserved the condo I could have sworn I reserved a ground floor unit, but it still served its purpose. Also we got super lucky on the weather. Will possibly be back. Thanks!

Everything was great. The place was so clean, the staff were super polite, and the room smelt great. Also you are within walking distance to a few awesome restaurants. If we make the trip up again anytime soon we will book here again!!

Perfect for what we needed. We were there for a concert that took place at the Community Center and were able to just walk to and from the venue. Great views of the ocean and beach. The bed was on the hard side, but fine for me. Pillows were great. The pool and hot tub were nice, clean. Hot tub could be warmer.
On the not so great side, the place is very noisy, being located on Hwy 101. Traffic noise was a problem. But I brought ear plugs for sleeping and it was fine. Some of the silverware was missing, maybe time to replenish. And the curtains in the living room desperately need cleaning.

Great central location with easy beach access, nice apartment, very clean, with a great view. I didn't think about how close it is to the highway when I booked it, so the road noise was a bit of a surprise, but the bed was so comfortable I had no trouble sleeping.

This was a good find. Only down sides were uncomfortable furniture and stove not vented to the outside. The smell of everything we cooked ended up in the condo for hours.

We loved this condo! It was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway. It was clean, well stocked & comfortable. The view is to die for! We spent a lot of our time watching the waves & people & the beautiful kites. The access to the beach is fantastic. I loved that the bedroom was separate. It is very close to the main road which is busy & a little loud not bad if you keep the bedroom window closed. With that said easy access to get out & about. We love this place and it will be our go to next time we vacation at the beach!

The only words I can use to describe our stay at Baby’s Got Humpback ….was everything was absolutely perfect!!!! Our VRBO rental was cozy and absolutely everything that we expected it to be. We enjoyed our view from the balcony, sipping on coffee and beverages. … And only steps to the sand. The room was clean, beds were comfy after 5-10 miles of walking and exploring every day, and had everything that we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better week in Lincoln city and can’t wait to do this again.

Prior resident of LC, wanted beach front. Its hard to choose a place to stay when youve never had to make that decision before.
We enjoyed the unit overall. There was a bit lacking in cutlery but we made do. Parking was a bit challenging, but we got the hang of it. Great view. The sea cooperated and gave us some great whale watching.

Had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Great location close to shops/restaurants and so nice to be right on the beach. Also loved the fold down murphy bed so was lots of space in the living room. The only feedback I have is that it would be great to have parking reserved for guests only. We lucked out and got a spot but saw many other guests circling around looking for parking. We also did not get to use the pool since it was closed, but not a big deal. Also, the windows in the bedroom face the street so was pretty noisy if you wanted to open the windows up, but comfy beds.

Loved every bit from start to finish! Only drawback is that you can hear the traffic from Hwy 101. I didn’t consider this when I booked the suite. But all in all it was perfect, beds were comfortable, kitchen had full amenities, right on the ocean and the private decks top it off!

Only downside, when we moved the bed to access the plug-in, the headboard fell as it is not attached to the wall.

Loved the view and sound of the waves. Wish that one of the patio chairs wasn't broken and that the lid to coffee maker worked better. Other than that it was perfect for my needs. Clean, smoke free and well laid out. Wish I could afford to live here!

Needed a quick reprieve from the heat. The location is great just steps from the beach and our favorite restaurant . TV easy to use. Mattress nice. Probably needs a fan or something to help circulate air. Great for 2-3 people, as there are several units at this location. This one is nice as corner and second floor so quiet and not much foot traffic nearby
