Property as described.

Communication with Host was always timely. Check-in process was easy. Unfortunately the elevator was broken down that day so we had to drag our luggage up the stairs. Elevator was fixed by the next morning tho. Condo is cute and proximity to beach is about as close as you can get. We enjoyed watching the dolphins from the patio at sunset. Most places are walkable (restaurants, shopping, and bars) from this location. First time to Anna Maria Island…we liked it very much.

You have a beautiful place. The wine and the card left for us were a lovely touch (wine was delicious), and we forgot coffee when we went shopping, but again, you thought of everything and had coffee for us. We had so much fun. The screened in porch right on the beach was paradise! The fan in the smaller bedroom needs some repair as well as the toilet in the master. Otherwise, lovely place!

Spectacular condo in the perfect location. There's nothing that Don and Lynn have already thought of and provided in the condo. Pool a short few steps away and the beach is another short stroll. We're already planning our return trip!

Awesome from beginning to end. Everything was so nice. The condo had anything you might need and was very comfortable. The beach was amazing and it’s in a great neighborhood with a lot of things close by. Thank you for a great vacation.

We loved our stay here! The condo lived up to our expectations of what we saw online. The garage was an added bonus! The access to the beach was very easy. We will definitely look at renting this property again!

Everything about the property was excellent

The property was in a great location...walking distance to shopping and many restaurants. The trolly stop is right outside the door. The condo was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies and beach equipment. The host was very responsive to our questions and even left us a bottle of wine upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying here and it was as wonderful as we remembered it. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect with a pool and beach right outside the apartment and fabulous restaurants nearby. We will be coming back again next summer.

This place was perfect for our family of young kids. It is on a beautiful beach and close to restaurants. I loved that the pool was right outside our balcony so we could easily access it with the kids. We could quickly go back and forth from the beach to the room. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. He helped us out quite a bit and provided a pack n play and high chair for us. The only downside I would say was that there wasn't much usable beach stuff. We ended up having to buy chairs and umbrellas because most of the stuff in the storage area was broken. But we left them there so hopefully the people after us can use them. Other than that this place was really perfect. We would stay here again.

This property is beautiful, clean, updated and in an excellent location. A super-quick walk to the beach or pool made everything during our stay easy and fun! Highly recommend.

The property is just as listed. Love the garage and elevator, new appliances, beach supplies etc. Very easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Beach is pristine. Thank you for the bottle of wine. It would be a tight squeeze for 6 adults, but fine for four. Not a fan of memory foam beds, so the master bed was uncomfortable for me. Bathroom door locks are tricky. Biggest problem(?) It was Spring Break and the pool is small so large groups or families overwhelm the small area. Have to expect that anywhere in Florida during the month of March! Sunsets are incredible and we did see dolphins .

We thoroughly enjoyed our time! The condo is strategically located to all downtown stores and restaurants all within walking distance. Complex is right on the beach and has access to more across the street. Condo has everything you need and then some! Even a bottle of wine on arrival! Would definitely book again

This was an awesome location and we had everything we needed in the condo. The master bed wasn't too comfortable, but we just don't like memory foam. We really enjoyed walking the beach to breakfast everyday and sitting on the balcony watching the waves every morning and night!

Had a great time just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful beach. Every morning and evening had a great view from the screened balcony. Quite location and close to many restaurants and shops. Highly reccomend.

We had a wonderful stay complete with dolphin sightings, a beautiful sunset, storm clouds and a rainbow! The beach is fantastic and the pool was very nice too! Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Loved our stay!

We loved Lynn and Don's place! They were incredibly communicative and have an adorable condo right on the beach. The very first morning we were there we rescued 2 baby sea turtles right out of the pool!! They left us a welcome card, bottle of wine, and a cooler for the beach! They even worked with us and left us a pack 'n play for our youngest to sleep in with a mattress, sheet, blanket and toys. They couldn't have made us feel more welcome. The building was in great shape and we loved that the parking garage has a door for added peace of mind. Overall it was a great experience and we wouldn't hesitate to stay at their condo again!

The condo was better than the pictures let on. The beach was not crowded and the condo had everything you needed. Storage room with floats, chairs, beach cart, etc. Elevator was great for getting luggage and goodies up and down to the room. Amazing views, great little patio. Had a small issue while we were there, at no fault of the owners, and they literally responded to our message within 5 minutes. Couldn’t recommend this place more. We look forward to coming back soon!

We have rented several times with VRBO and on AMI and this has been our favorite rental. Wonderful location right on the beach with direct access to pool and beach right from private balcony! Owner took great care to have everything we needed supplied. We cook some meals and had everything necessary. Very comfortable, king size bed and sleeper couch. Great water pressure and very cold ac! Loved watching sunset from balcony each night and dolphins and manatees in morning! Unit had large nice beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella for our use. Ownwr was great to work with and quick to reply. A bottle of wine was waiting for us as we had mentioned we were coming for our anniversary. Very thoughtful! Look forward to returning!
