The house is delightful. Very comfortable and well stocked with all you need for a weekend at the river. We enjoyed our stay. Only negative was gunshots at 6AM on a Sunday morning. I assume they were goose hunting but this seems strange given the residential nature of the home. Thanks to our hosts!

This was our 2nd time staying her and overall we love the place! Only downside is that we wish that the outdoor deck was better maintained and that the host provided citronella candles etc to combat all the bugs vs us having to buy our own for the house.

My friend and I did 2 days of hiking and antique shopping upstate and found this lovelyhome that was perfect for our stay. We lived the peaceful backyard and found the host super accommodating abs the house very clean. Thank you!

We did a moms and teens two day get away. We had so much fun! Everyone loved the fire pit. The kids had fun with the board games and play room down stairs. We cooks some nice meals the kitchen was well stocked with pans and plates, salt and seasoning. There was even olive oil. We hope to do it again next year!

Home was very clean, beds were comfortable and linens were soft and clean. Family and I had a very good time, we wanted a relaxing weekend and we got it. Kelly responded very quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend Kelly's home.

Multiple family members stayed for a family graduation party nearby. Kelly was quick to respond to questions and the duplex house was beautiful, all newly done and decorated. The location was fabulous, and we only wish the weather had allowed us to enjoy a fire outside on the riverbank. My only suggestion would be to provide sheets and blankets for the couches since they are considered as beds for two people. We did find two extra pillows in one of the bedrooms and there were two throw blankets (I did not look in the other bedroom for extra bedding as my Dad was sleeping in there, so they could have been in there). Overall it was a great place that was as advertised. We appreciated the coffee as I mistakenly bought whole bean and would have missed my morning java! Thanks, Kelly!

Great Host and Over-All property. Very clean house but more attention needs to be taken in bathroom. Towel closet and bathroom loaded with long hair from past renters. Towels had hair all over them. Only things we were not fond of were the neighbors partying, loud music, and foul language with having 4 yr old with us. Also not a fan of the cameras! The feeling of right to privacy is infringed upon! Rented with assumption this was a single property but there are other rentals attached. Wasn’t an issue but had I known this in listing we wouldn’t have rented just due to personal preference. With all that being said was definitely worth price, freindly host, and very nice property.

Family trip with teens and grandma. Beautiful home but unprepared for the gnats outside. Quiet location. Peaceful to sit outside around the fire pit. Kelly quickly responded to all questions and concerns. Kids enjoyed the ping pong table and grandma enjoyed the sunsets. Thank you for a great getaway!

I grew up in Wallkill, and had to return for a funeral. Kelly was super responsive to my questions, and she made booking with little advanced notice very easy.
The house is super cute, clean, and well-equipped. Having a comfortable place to stay made a sad and difficult situation more bearable.

We had a great weekend staying at Kelly’s property. The house was nicely renovated and very clean. The view of the river was wonderful and the sunsets, lovely. Clear and quick communication from the host and a helpful welcome packet was available once we checked in. Would love to come back!

Check in process was incredibly simple. The furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was beyond well equipped. They have an entire cabinet loaded with spices and coffee. This property had a toaster, a coffee maker, 10+ pots and pans, aluminum foil, baking sheets, etc. Loads of fresh towels and extra sheets were available. Each room is climate controlled with its own thermostat. The location was also amazing, very quiet. Definitely 10/10

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a long wknd and it exceeded our expectations. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood and very clean. The view of the river and the backyard with the 2 fire pits was beautiful. We set up the fire pit every night and were able to enjoy the outdoor space. We were very close to the vineyards which was awesome and plan in returning in the fall.

This house is very comfortable and welcoming! It was very clean with a beautiful view in the backyard. Very nicely situated between New Paltz and Newburgh with a ton of farms for apple and pumpkin picking around.
My wife and I stayed with our 18 month old daughter so I appreciated the mini split units in every bedroom so we can keep her room comfortable for naps and night time!

This property was everything that was advertised--on the river for our son to fish, a nice clean open backyard, and a cute/clean house. We were looking for a rental to escape the city and decompress a little bit. This place was perfect for that.

It was a decent spot. I think it's a property much better suited for families with older children, but for the two days we were here it was relaxing with a few things to do in the area. The kids enjoyed the water, I enjoyed the kitchen and the opportunity to do laundry mid-trip, my husband enjoyed the fire pit. Overall a success.

Found the home to be perfect for our trip to the New Paltz area. We were able to totally relax and enjoy ourselves. The home and area both had everything we needed. This stay was awesome. Just wish the sky’s were a little clearer. :)

Lovely place right on the water! The host was very responsive when we had a small issue with checking in. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and game room were perfect!

Our group had a great, long weekend at this riverside home. House was very clean, everything worked properly, and the host was extremely responsive. Would’ve enjoyed grilling on the back deck, but the fire pit can do the trick. Great for those that like being outdoors or exploring new places!

This home was exactly what we needed and much, much more. The house is beautifully decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was in a quiet location and close to the hospital. I definitely recommend this place for your upcoming stay..

The house was in great condition with new appliances and modern furnishings. The pre-rental communication was good, but we were left to wonder about several things once we were actually there. Our biggest disappointment was that the beds were not adequate for two adults (they all sank in the center). There are several security cameras on the grounds, as well. It was beautiful to see the river from the deck and there was instant access to fishing at the property's edge. We enjoyed our time as a family and would consider going back.

Besides the amazingly clean property itself (which is newly renovated and dedicated to being a rental, it seems) the location is wonderful. There are a plethora of places to go and see. Additionally, the backyard is wonderful and the river view with the fire pit made it worth it alone. There are neighbors within sight, but only had pleasant interactions.

Just what we were looking for: clean and quiet waterfront property with an outdoor fire pit. Just about everything was fairly new. House has everything we needed for the few days we stayed. Vineyards and orchard not too far away. Good hiking trails. One good Italian restaurant nearby. Other good restaurants probably 15-30 minutes away. Owner was super nice. Recommended.

Kelly was phenomenal. She eas very informative prior to staying. this was my 1st vrbo stay and won't be the last. The house was impeccably clean. Lake was wonderful for fishing. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent low-key location
The house was immaculately clean and completely updated! Lovely little touches like scented soaps and plenty of firewood for the fire pit. Kelly was easily reached for questions. Beautiful river right in the backyard and the entrance to a paved trail only a mile away.

Perfect spot for our time in the Hudson valley!
We had an excellent time here. The space was immaculate and everything brand new. Amazing view off the back porch of the Walkill river too. Would definitely recommend.
