Die Haupttür am Gebäudeeingang konnte mit dem Schlüssel nicht geöffnet werden. Türschloß defekt. Versuch der Kontaktaufnahme mit Vermieter ohne Erfolg. 8 Personen stehen vor der Tür im Regen. Haben dann irgendwo geklingelt um Zutritt zum Gebäude zu bekommen. Die Kaffeemaschine in Appartement Anna. funktionierte nur mit gutem Zureden und Reparatur mit Küchenmesser. Kaffeemaschine war sehr verschmutzt. Badezimmer: Dicke Büschel von Haaren im Abfluss der Badewanne. Zahnpasta Reste in den Zahnputzbechern am Waschbecken. Essbereich: in den Staub und Dreck auf den Lampenschirmen (Glas) kann man mit dem Finger seinen Namen schreiben. Küche: Staub und Dreck hinter und unter der Kaffemaschine. Kam bei der Reparatur durch Gast zum Vorschein. Wird wohl bei putzen nicht zur Seite geräumt.

Das Appartement hatte eine tolle Lage inmitten des Szeneviertels Äußere Neustadt mit vielen Lokalen und Kneipen fussläufig um die Ecke. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll, insgesamt ausreichend für 4Persoenen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Kaffee und Filter waren vorhanden, sowie zwei Flaschen Wasser als Willkommensgruss. Ein Supermarkt lag zwei Häuser weiter, mit dem man den vorhandenen Kühlschrank bei Bedarf füllen konnte. Der Schlüsselservice hat bestens funktioniert. Straßenbahnhaltestellen direkt vor der Türe. Diese Location können wir bestens weiterempfehlen.

Не успели убрать к 14:00 ко времени заселения и какое-то время не выходили на связь. Нам пришлось искать туалет для ребёнка в соседнем кафе и бродить рядом с домом ещё полтора часа. Апартаменты точно не для тех, кто любит поспать,так как с 6-ти утра Очень громко ездят под окном трамваи, тресет весь дом, а также дребезжит зеркало в комнате.

Spacious one bedroom flat and well equipped kitchen. Next to bus stop and supermarket. Located in new town and 10minutes ride to old town, no need to change bus. Free on street parking nearby. Very neat flat and good value for money. Windows open wide for lots of fresh air. Check-in instructions were clearly given.

Very noisy corner at night if you sleep with windows open due to traffic. Either bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper or maybe the owner can buy a fan and one can keep window closed.

Location, cleanliness, furniture, well-stocked kitchen. But the location is really the king - public transport, grocery stores, you have everything.

WiFi was really bad, not able to sustain video calling or streaming. I had to use cellular data instead. The owner was not able to help.

Amazing location

Extremely noisy and no fan, so had to open windows, which resulted in little sleep!

The location was great, very easy to move around. The mattress was very hard and i like that. The sofa bed was fairly easy to assemble.

The Ubahn is very noisy, and there are no black-out curtains. They're just plain curtains. Also the pillows were not comfortable.

Fantastic location- restaurants, bakeries, everything you need is here! 35min walk to the Old Town or 15min by trams (busstops opposite the apartment). Apartment was clean and comfortable. Easy checkin. Host gave us recommendations where to park for free (nearby).

Good neighborhood, full of bars, restaurants, close to city centre, great tram connection. Parking (paid) available in the street. The apartment we had was spacy, comfortable and well equipped. The house is a corner house on both busy streets. If you open your windows there is a lot of noise coming from the traffic. We couldn´t get our keys from the box by the entrance door (it just didn´t work properly). After ten minutes of trying we were lucky - some guy entered the house and let us in. The box with the keys by the apartment door worked, so finally we got in...

We liked the availability of Max, it was possible to stay 2 h after normal checkout. Also, we asked for the cot for our kid and we found it when we made the check in. The apartment we got was big and had nice view of the corner. Vintage style. Kitchen was new. Bathroom is new but shower box should be replaced. Neighbourhood full of ethnic restaurants.

There are several points we really did not like. The first one is the price we paid for sure. 280€ for 2 nights for 2 people and our 5 months old kid is far too much from we actually had in terms of stay. The apartment was located at the first floor that means more noise from outside. The building was shaking when the trams were on the way, we knew already from past reviews and at the end was a very small problem for us. What I really did not like was the entrance of the building, I did not feel myself safe with my little one, the light switches on only when you are almost close to the elevator that means you cannot see clearly if somebody is there waiting for you while you are trying to take the lift (looking at the neighbourhood condition honestly I came up thinking this unfortunately). The sleeping was not comfortable, mattress and pillows should be replaced. Shower box should be replaced too, one side is completely broken and very dirty. Also there is a water leakage at the ceiling of the bathroom from the upper floor. Sofa not comfortable. The apartment has vintage style that is nice but overall the feeling is the flat is neglected, several things can be better. We will not consider to come back to this flat. It is not for us. Also, neighbourhood is full of restaurants but definitely not safe. We did not like it. It can be “extravagant” experience when visiting Dresden but we will not consider another stay here. We parked our car at Parkhaus Sporthalle Dreikönigschule. 15€ per day. We preferred a Parkhaus and not the street. It’s a pity.

I liked the location in the heart of Neustadt and the fact the kitchen was equipped, so that we could comfortably cook our meals. There was even coffee and mineral water for our use, which was great. Also, it was easy to communicate with the owner. The apartment was bit noisy because of the trams passing by, but as long as we kept the windows closed, it was ok to sleep. The wifi was very poor in the beginning but the owner fixed it. So all in all, I would recommend it!

I was disappointed by the quality of wifi. The owner made an effort to fix it but I had to ask twice.

Location is great, shops, pubs, cafes, cinema - all just next door! I liked the apartment inside very much, it is done up tastefully and with all facilities. Everything was super clean and there is enough space to move and feel comfy even in a group of three or four. Kitchen equipment, bath - everything just fine. Very good value for money! The conditions were amazing, very well equipped and very clean. The support of the host was also amazing. Super fast replies and helped us with everything we needed. The location is perfect is you’re planning using transports since the door of the building is exactly at tram station. Very close to the pub area, but not close enough to be bothered during the night with outside noises. Has a supermarket nearby. Staying at this accommodation gave us some discounts on a restaurant and at a club; there’s a book on the table that has all the discounts we can have when showing our apartment key.

The location of the flat was perfect, within 200 meters we could reach all the nice restaurants and bars of Dresden Neustadt, there was also a supermarket 1 minute walk from the apartment. Excellent location. The apartment was super bright thanks to the big windows.

The apartment is located on a busy street, sometimes a bit noisy with the trams, but it didn't bother us much.

Everything was amazing. Clean, well equipped, good distance to the city center, the communication with the owner was great, our two basset hound ladies were warmly welcome. 10/10 would recommend!
