This little cottage is delightful inside and out. Well appointed, lovely gardens, adequate parking. The owner has made great use of the space so that nothing is lacking. We appreciated the treats provided, and the information made available about the cottage and the local area. We enjoyed walking to town, the harbor, shops and restaurants.

Periwinkle Cottage is as quaint as Rockport. We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was fully stocked and then some!

My husband and I stayed here for three nights and it was delightful. It is so conveniently located to the harbor and shops. And the owner thought of everything from snacks to info about the area to various sundries in case you forgot anything. Just be sure you are comfortable with stairs as the main bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is on the lower floor. There is a pullout couch downstairs in case this is an issue for you. The air conditioning worked well and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The whole place is quiet and private. Highly recommended for a couples weekend!

This is just the perfect place. Everything you can imagine has been taken care of. It’s a short walk to everywhere in Rockport. Quite and beautiful!!!

A great little place! Everything you need and more! All daily supplies are provided. I only stayed 2 nights, but didn’t want for anything. The little extras like wine, chocolates, and cookies were a nice touch. Very clean, and simple check in. By simple, I mean grab the key, and you’re in! Very cute outdoor spaces, and the parking was a bonus. Have already recommended to friends and will definitely use again.

What a wonderful experience! We loved the proximity of everything! We arrived early so we walked down to the center and enjoyed popping in to the many shops and galleries. Stopped in for lunch which was awesome! Everyone was so friendly! The view was spectacular!! We can’t thank you enough for a wonderful stay! I’m telling everyone!

We initially selected Periwinkle Cottage based on it’s proximity to town. The communication with Rosemarie prior to our arrival was friendly, clear and concise regarding our stay. Once we arrived, we discovered a totally charming place to spend our three nights in Rockport. Located on a very quiet dead end street, it was a short walk to Main St. The unit is one part of a duplex. The personal touches that Rosemarie provides for her guests were such a nice and welcome surprise. The place is extremely well equipped with everything one can possibly need for a stay in Rockport. Thank you so much Rosemarie we hope to return back again soon!

Perfect Place in Rockport
Periwinkle Cottage was everything we hoped for and more. It was clean, cozy and perfect walking distance to everything in Rockport. Our host, Rosemarie, made us feel welcome. We had the best time staying here for our 25th wedding anniversary!

Amazing place!
This cottage is the perfect getaway for 2 people. Short walk to downtown Rockport, which offers shopping, delicious food, and a gorgeous view. The cottage is clean, comfortable and the owners go out of their way to think of all the little things you might need. I would book again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Comfortable Recovery by the Sea
My husband and I stayed at Periwinkle Cottage after I had surgery in Boston. It was the perfect place to recover for a few days before returning to Ohio. I enjoyed all the sweet touches, the sky light above the bed, gardens and the chirping birds. Also, it’s an easy walk to restaurants and shops, so you don’t have to fret about parking.

Perfect Getaway
Such a sweet place - beautifully landscaped entry and private back patio, quaint interior filled with everything guests could possibly need. Owners special touches are welcoming. Location is prime, walking distance to Rockport shops and the water. If we make a return trip to the area we will definitely stay here again!

Pleasant Cottage
Renting was easy. We had a little trouble finding the property as our gps couldn’t find the tiny road looks like a driveway. The cottage was very pleasant with many thoughtful touches. The bathroom and especially the shower is small and lacks shelf space

Periwinkle Cottage Unit #1 is the #1 place in the WORLD! Put together with comfort and care in mind. A treat for the eyes and the senses. Loved the etched glass windows.

A perfect weekend getaway!
We absolutely loved our stay in the Periwinkle Cottage! From the moment we pulled into the driveway, we were beaming with happiness. It was the perfect home away from home and exactly what we were hoping it would be (actually more)! We parked our car in the driveway on Friday and didn't move it until it was time for us to leave on Sunday. The convenience of the location alone was amazing, but then when you factor in how wonderful the cottage is itself, I can't imagine staying anywhere else when we come back to Rockport! This place is perfect! Thank you so much, Rosemary, for opening your beautiful cottage up to us. This is a weekend we'll never forget and we look forward to our next stay!

Fantastic weekend retreat!
I stayed here over a weekend for a solo recharge away from family/work. This place is absolutely perfect for that. Sparkling cleanliness, lots of little extras, and a 5-10 minute walk to shops and restaurants make this a perfect little hideaway. I am absolutely going to keep this place in mind next time I want to get away by myself.

Fun cottage
A fun spot to stay for a few days while in Rockport! The excellent walkable distance to downtown, the quiet back street location, and an opportunity to enjoy the garden space in warm weather make this an ideal spot for a vacation away. We enjoyed it!

We really enjoyed our time here. This was perfect for a weekend away and is an incredibly comfortable space. The small touches and details make this space even more special. Communication with the owner was easy and fast and the check-in / checkout process was smooth. We are definitely planning on coming back!

Quiet, clean, cozy place near town
We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything we thought we could possibly need plus more was in this lovely cottage. It was very clean and beautifully appointed. Parking had ample space and was off the road. We were close to a Rockport and found many fun outdoor activities. Our host Rose was very responsive. We had a lovely stay.
