Location was exceptional. Easy walk to the beach and all the restaurants. Lots of space in the house to spread out. Comfortable beds. Good AC.

It’s definitely not Brand New, despite being advertised as such. There are new floors and potentially some newish appliances, but the house itself is pretty old. Lots of creaks and squeaks. The bathrooms are seriously old and could use a remodel. Shower is a tired handheld. Kitchen is fine, but could also use a remodel. Downstairs could use some furniture to make it more usable instead of a lot of wide open space.

What a beautiful place! Located in a fantastic location, with gorgeous views, spacious living areas, balconies everywhere, exceptional welcome with host and fresh garden goods—It was quite comfortable and serene!

The house has 3 bathrooms. 1 with shower and one with shower/tub. Although for Greece restrooms are usually on the smaller side, the restrooms in the property are nice but could maybe use small updates here and there. If a 3rd shower could be added, 3 different couples could utilize the space together. But everything else was beautiful!

The house is massive (three families with kids can enjoy themselves in the 4 comfortable stylish double-bed bedrooms plus patio sofa turn into bed), and it was packed with everything we could imagine. The patio sea view is amazing. It is situated within walking distance from the beach and the sophisticated restaurants, caffees and shops of Gialova as well as a luna park that can be found across the street, my kids loved it, we did spend a fair amount of time there. There is also a mini market around the corner. The garden was beautifully decorated with trees and colorful flowers, resembled a small park (in terms of size), the parking was something we also enjoyed, and there was space for at least 2 cars. The decoration of the house was really tasteful and beach-inspired, it boasted a huge plasma tv in the living room, great wooden ceilings, beautiful flooring, a kitchen with modern appliances, even washing machines, vintage toasters, sophisticated cutlery and crockery. We did feel we did not want to leave the house, the atmosphere was really beautiful.

*The fire detector was accidentally activated at 5.00 am during the night, the manager of the villa did visit at 6.00 am (thank you so much) yet we deactivated the fire detector ourselves the following day since it just wouldn't stop. For what is worth, there was also noise coming from the surrounding area that night, so I suppose the surrounding area was something I was not happy with :-) *There is no pool, the beach is really close, still.... * Perhaps the stairs can be cleaned better, I did try to remove some stains myself yet had no luck....
