Our family attended a wedding in Frontenac and this was a great option for us! Close to venue and more comfortable than hotel.

The house is nice overall. There were a lot of cobwebs that we broke with our faces when entering the house for the first first time. Surfaces and bedding were clean, but there was a definite feeling of a vacant property. Windows were very leaky, there was even a pile of leaves on the kitchen floor! Location was great. Communication was great. Just felt over priced for what it was.

If you’re into sleeping, note the beds are not comfy. I think they may not be on a box spring. We are on the bigger side so that is a factor but they had no give. Pillows great, bedding clean. Super cute place. Nice washing machine/dryer. Highly suggest adding shades to keep the sun out. Window air conditioners couldn’t keep up with upstairs/no shades.

We had a lovely stay here. Everything was clean and in good working order. The apartment had a fully stocked kitchen and it is obvious that host has paid a lot of attention to detail on what one needs when traveling. Apartment was very close to downtown Lake City and we had a wonderful time exploring the beautiful area. Highly recommend!

Overall, we had a very nice time. One day it was in the 90s, it was hard for cieling fans and window AC to keep up upstairs, some extra fans in closet would be nice. The apartment was clean, we enjoyed our stay.

We were nervous to rent as there was no reviews but were informed by the owner that the place was newly remodeled. Upon arrival we noticed a smoke smell in the bedroom closet and animal droppings in the entry. We immediately contacted the owner in which we were told that the cleaners would take care of it when we left and were asked to wash the blanket in the closet. Owner did not offer to remedy the issues during our stay. In looking at the sale of the place in 2021 the noticeable remodel items were: painting of the unit, new carpet and updated bathroom. Many other items that were not posted in the description are: Owner claims to have professional lawn service. Lawn is not grass but all weeds along with numerous weeds surrounding the house. Broken windows in the bedrooms, one had taped plexiglass replacement. Apparently windows are on backorder Rusted microwave Several spider webs throughout Owner claims it had just been remodeled and the cleaners had just been there. The unit was very dusty - floor boards, doors, pictures, etc Very unfortunate as we have stayed in many VRBO's and this is the first in which the owner was not accommodating before, during or after our stay.
