Loved our stay. The house was immaculate. Chef’s kitchen - well equipped. Would definitely recommend and return in the future! Street parking was the only challenge - but it’s a popular neighborhood and there was temporary construction happening over the weekend.

My wife, daughter and granddaughter and I stayed in David and Stacia's lovely home in Capitol Hill. Although I was skeptical that it could be done, we were able to see all the sights that we wanted, within our 4 night stay, without the need of a car. This home is situated perfectly to public transportation to make cruising around Seattle, as well as a trip to Bainbridge Island, a breeze. My daughter even took the train/light rail to the airport with no delays or other problems that one might experience on the roads. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect location for access to all the great things Seattle has to offer. The property has all the desired amenities and more. The owners clearly take great pride in this property and go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable during your stay. Would be back in a heartbeat.

Great Seattle get-away with teens. Plenty of space for family of four. Quick, easy communication with owners, and easy check-in process. Walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Short Uber ride to downtown. Great views from rooftop.

Amazing house and great location. Very close to the train and a great neighborhood with an awesome view of the city! David was very communicative, and always followed up when promised. Would rent again. Very nice home and perfect for the 6 of us for a long weekend.

My adult daughters (4) and I Loved our stay in the Hatfield’s lovely townhouse in Seattle - our home away from home was beautifully appointed - everything seemed brand new! A perfect neighborhood with grocery stores coffee shops and boutiques all within walking distance! Uber made it so easy to go further afield! Thank you to David and Stacia for making us so welcome in their amazing home!!

David and Stacia’s property is in a lovely location! Perfect place for a group of people to stay with plenty of privacy. The amenities were very modern. We did have a few cleaning issues, but the hosts were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend for a future stay.

My girlfriends and I had an amazing trip to Seattle. This property was perfect. The house was extremely clean and was so stylish. The beds were more comfortable than my own and the kitchen was not only beautiful but had everything you would ever need. The location of the house could not be beat. There was a Safeway 2 blocks away and countless stores, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. We loved sitting on the rooftop deck at night and staring at the beautiful Seattle skyline. My friends and I highly recommend this property. Thanks!

Had a wonderful stay at this property, on our return from a cruise. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The property is beautiful and has everything you need including a priceless view from the rooftop! It was the perfect size for our large group of 7, which included children. They loved the access to the rooftop and all of the different levels in this unit. We had the comforts of home with the beautiful kitchen and every tool imaginable to make a home-cooked meal. When we are back in Seattle we look forward to staying here again! Thank you David & Stacia!

This property is in a eclectic vibrant (Capitol Hill) area overlooking downtown. The property was well appointed and very clean with plenty of space for two families. The rooftop terrace had an awesome view of downtown and Olympic Range day/night! Parking for a larger than mid-size car required parking a few blocks away in overnight parking which ranged $15-23 depending on day and length. This was reasonable given other metro areas. Safeway was 1.5 blocks up the hill as was Bakery Nouveau (yum!). Owners David and Stacia were very responsive to any inquiry or question. I would recommend staying here if you want want to experience Seattle or to leave out for day trips to Cascades/Leavenworth.

This is a great property in a great neighborhood! It easily accommodated a couple and three adult children. It was well-stocked, close to great restaurants, and easy to get down to the waterfront. The rooftop deck is a bonus with beautiful views of the city, especially at night. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The property is ideally located in a vibrant neighborhood, which is close to all the action but also far enough removed for us to sleep soundly. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We really enjoyed the roof deck, we only wish the weather had been nice enough to allow us to make full use of it while we were there!

We had a group of 6 friends looking for a weekend in Seattle to hike and also see local nightlife. This place was a perfect spot in capital hill in the center of it all, but way enough to hit a highway out of town. They have a fantastic roof deck view of the city. The place was very clean, beds are comfortable, and best of all there is a parking spot. Parking in capital hill is hard to come by, but this place has it taken care of for one car. Hosts were communicative and attentive. Great stay!

This is a great house with lots of space for everyone to have their own privacy. The owner was very responsive when I got confused about the door code and got back to me quickly

The home was amazing to say the least. Perfect location close to campus and food. David was quick to respond and the home had everything you could need! If I’m in Seattle again with a group I will definetly stay here again!

We loved loved loved this home and would rent it again in a heartbeat. Every detail has been thought through, and we wanted for nothing. A two block walk to Safeway and our fridge & pantry were stocked. While we didn't really cook full meals, all of the necessary tools were at our disposal in the kitchen, including a nice induction cooktop. The owners are very responsive, I had a question about getting the heater to work (user error) and they responded right away, even offering to send over some space heaters. Those weren't needed once I understood the heat remote control, but the offer was nice. It was a great experience from start to finish, we're already looking forward to our next visit.

This place was perfect for us as a group, it has everything you need from heated bathroom floors to a fantastic roof top patio that you can see downtown and the space needle. This place is in a great location within walking distance to many things to do even Pikes place (or a short Uber). Would definitely stay here again! Hosts are very quick to respond and very helpful.

House was beautiful with all the amenities, comfy beds, and an amazing roof top. Location was perfect and parking was manageable for the most part. We had a great time overall and really enjoyed staying here. The stairs are not for the faint of heart and should be considered before booking, but it was worth it for the views - probably not great for younger children and all bedrooms are on different levels, but awesome for 6 adults.

This property was truly a gem. It was well appointed, very spacious, and basically pristine. I loved the little touches, such as 4 different methods to brew coffee (when in Seattle, I suppose), and even a note as to where to shop and potential eating places. It is a townhome so you will have some stairs. But in fact, that is what separates this property from others. The view from both the top level and the rooftop is spectacular. Not only is it a great view of the downtown skyline, but from the rooftop you can also catch a sunset over the mountains in the distance. The owners were very responsive and accommodating to our questions and needs. We decided to stay just a bit further away from the action of Downtown Seattle by staying at this property in Capitol Hill because it was just 5 min on the 1-Line from the Pike Place Market stop. But we were actually wrong. While it was located in a quiet residential area, it was perhaps only a 10 min walk to the Pike and Pine area which had plenty of action going for it, including some great places for food, drink, and some pretty amazing ice cream as well. And it was only two blocks from the grocery store; perfect for some wine and cheese to go with that rooftop sunset. This property truly made our visit to Seattle extra special.

The townhouse was extremely well-appointed and beautifully decorated. It had everything you could think of and was within easy walking distance to good restaurants and bars. Beds were comfy and the roof top deck was a delight. The hosts were considerate and responsive...you can tell they love their home and that they want their guests to be comfortable. We will be back!
