I have stayed in several rentals in the Boyne area and this one is by far the cleanest and most orderly I’ve experienced. The host responds quickly to any questions you may have regarding your stay and has made the accommodations as comfortable as possible. The home sits in a quiet neighborhood and is convenient to shopping parks and restaurants. We look forward to another booking next time we are in Boyne City.

Unit was/is very clean and very well remodeled. Outstanding facility. We were able to park our pontoon boat on the lot. The boat launch is only 2 blocks away.

My family and I had a fantastic time. The home was absolutely beautiful, the beds were comfortable and fit our family of five perfectly. The location is really what seals the deal for this home. It’s less than a mile from downtown Boyne City and just a mile and a half from Young State Park. We spent nearly every day at the beach and or fishing and took some great walks into town to get ice cream. The great thing about Boyne City is it’s also very close to Petoskey and Charlevoix, there is so much to do in the area. Stay here, and you will not be disappointed!

I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a quiet, quaint and relaxing few days away with friends. We were able to easily visit Charlevoix, Boyne City and Petoskey with just a short drive. The cleanliness of the house was top notch and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The gift basket Kathy left was so thoughtful and the perfect way to begin our stay.

The pictures & description do not do this place justice. We were amazed at how clean the place was. Not a spec of dust. Very spacious for the 5 adults we had in our party. Full kitchen to make meals. Two bathrooms to accommodate how many guests we had staying. Within walking distance to the main strip & water. A short drive to other main cities, great lunch/dinner places, & other views. The communication the property owner had before, during, & after our stay was awesome. 5 stars just is not enough to give this place. If you’re looking for a sign to book this house, here it is!

Cute little house, very clean. Only one of the rooms is large enough to fit a toddler travel bed/crib but we made it work. Quick 1-2 minute drive to downtown restaurants and shops.

Super clean adorable newly remodeled home! Close to Boyne! Owners were very responsive! We will come back to enjoy other seasons!

We had a lovely stay. There are many thoughtful touches including a welcome basket and information about local events. TVs loaded with apps are available in all bedrooms and the living room.

This property is very updated and clean. The owner definitely cared about ensuring our stay was pleasant. Our intended purpose was to ski @ Boyne Mtn and the drive is very easy and quick to Boyne. If you want to utilize the downtown area of Boyne City it is very very close to this property.

This VRBO is exceptional, just like the previous reviews stated. It looks just like the photos and is extremely clean and beautifully updated. Kathy is a great hostess and continued to check in and let us know about weather conditions and events happening in the area. From the welcome basket left for us full of goodies, to the makeup and hair towels, this VRBO has everything you need and more. We will defiantly stay here again.

This was great for our ski trip! Close to shops and food and very close to MT. It was SUPER clean and comfortable! We will be back!!

This home was wonderful for our family of 4. Everything was clean and comfortable. It is just as beautiful as the pictures show. Great restaurants just 5 minutes away and the ski resort was about 10 minutes.

The property was perfect for our stay. The location was great and the owner was so sweet. We had the best time.

Check in and check out was very easy. The house and the property was clean. We had a family wedding at Castle Farms. There were five adults the house was very roomy. We loves the welcome basket. Kathy the property manager was friendly and responded back to us in a timely manner. We would highly recommend this place.

Amazing house walking distance from downtown. they had so many cute touches like coozies and a welcome bottle of wine. The fire pit was so nice to relax at. We will definitely be staying here again.

For once a rental was BETTER than it appeared online! This cottage has clearly been remodeled with great care. Everything was perfect - super clean. They are all about a positive guest experience! From the welcome baskets with goodies to the corn hole, grill and fire pit to the magnifying mirror for us older folks who require that these days! ha! It's within walking distance to Starbucks and the water too. Nice location and I high;y recommend it. Beds were very comfortable too. The couch is a pullout bed which I don't think was mentioned in the description but another positive feature.

The property is beautifully and newly renovated inside and provides literally everything you need for your stay — soft beds, clean linens, well equipped kitchen, sparkling bathrooms, air conditioning, plus ready drinks (some light alcohol) and ice in the fridge. The grill worked on the first light and there’s also a propane fire pit on the tiny deck. While it’s off the beaten path on a side street, it’s within bike riding distance to town for ice cream and when we were there, a local boat festival. It was also our home base to get to Lake Michigan beaches and the Traverse Wheelway, a very scenic bike trail along the shoreline. Our hosts were very welcoming and gave us space while offering to meet any need we had which was perfect. If you’re looking for a very comfortable, extremely clean home base location at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend this property. It will be our next rental during the winter when we head to Boyne Mountain to ski.
