We had a wonderful trip and the place was really unique. It is in the perfect location and you don’t need your car for anything. It was incredibly clean and well maintained. We will stay here for sure again.

Great place to stay in the heart of Beaufort. Clean, comfortable and close to everything. Bradley and Kristen do a great job for a quick getaway or super long vacation. Looking forward to our return trip.

We had never been to this portion of NC and was pleasantly surprised how much we loved the area. Our goal was to get rest and this place was perfect. The town is so laid back and relaxing. The location was within walking distance to all the local restaurants and retailers. The building was designed with an apartment on the second floor and the owners leased out the lower portion of the building for small events. The event center was only used one day of our four-night stay. While we were there, that Saturday they had several local venders/artists selling their work. The owners were super nice, and they had plenty of reading material on where to eat, shop and explore. The owners also informed us about the upcoming art event when we arrived and welcomed us to come into the activity center to explore. The unit was very clean and updated. Even though there were activities below on that one day of out stay, that noise did not carry over into out unit upstairs. We would definitely come back again and recommend this place to anyone who looking to visit this portion of NC.

We absolutely fell I love with Beaufort and this place. Felt plenty spacious and not cramped at all. Was in the PERFECT location close to everything. Already planning our next trip here!

The loft was perfect for us and our pups. It’s spacious, comfortable and comes with a private parking space, right in the middle of historic Beaufort. Coffee shops, restaurants, docs and entertainment - just steps from the door. There’s a bar across the alley that we’d join a couple of nights during our stay. Good people. Even the pups enjoyed sitting outside just to people-watch… and for random pats on the head. We’re already planning our return to loft!

This property was exactly as described and so clean and spacious. Loved the decorations and natural light. The location cannot be beat! Short walk to everything in Beaufort. Property mangers made everything so easy. I’ve stayed in a lot of vrbo’s and this is one of my favorite’s. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This property was amazing. The location excellent it was so easy to walk to the docks and restaurants, shops. The loft had everything we needed and was nice and clean. My wife and I will recommend this place to anyone.

We really enjoyed our visit to Beaufort and this loft was a great place to stay. We had a private parking spot, but we didn’t need the car the entire time because we could easily walk to everything. The loft was clean, and beautifully decorated and there was plenty of room. It was outfitted with everything we needed. I gave it 5 stars, but just as another guest noted, do be aware that the bar across the way has outdoor bands playing on Friday and Saturday nights. It was very loud until 10 pm but we didn’t really have an issue with that since we are normally up that late any way. Also the loft is above an events rental space and while we were there it was rented out Sunday morning and we could hear the group beneath us setting up and their music. They were there half the day as we came and went but again aside from a guy at the event trying to engage us in karaoke it wasn’t too big a deal. All in all, great property, great hosts and a beautiful and fun area.

The loft is charming and cozy, yet spacious. Beautifully decorated. The location is ideal for exploring Beaufort. Only suggestion perhaps would be to install shades on the hallway windows.

“ Location, Location, Comfort & Convenience “ We put together an impromptu trip to the Outer Banks but also wanted to check out Morehead City and Beaufort areas as well. We knew nothing about the later. My husband found this VRBO in historic, sweet Beaufort and it was just perfect for the 2 of us! Easy to find, parking available at the door, everything that you would need in an easy, enjoyable walk! The space is exactly as pictured. It is very clean, very spacious, particularly the kitchen, with just about everything you could need. The bedroom was also spacious, with a king size bed that was very comfortable. The washer & dryer came in handy as we were here in the middle of our trip and needed to do some laundry. Shower had good water pressure and was very easy to use. I am a reader and I especially enjoyed browsing in the bookshelf that was plentifully stocked, much with local books. Nice touch on that. Restaurants, shops, the waterfront boardwalk, the maritime museum etc is merely steps away. We were able to meet Kristen on our way out. She is delightful! This unit is perfect for a couple or a small family, I did see a roll away cot in a utility closet, but we didn’t need it. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

From first contact until our departure, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this place! It was very clean and spacious and had a well stocked kitchen. The king bed was very comfortable. The sheets and bedding were very soft and cozy like home. It's very convenient to everything in town, so park your vehicle and walk to most places or ride a bike. The owners couldn't have been any nicer and professional. We would definitely return! Thanks Kristin and Bradley!

The loft at middle was an incredible experience! The space is just as advertised. Neat, clean, safe and beautiful! I love the fact that they are dog people and it was a wonderful getaway for my veterinary meeting as well. I could not have asked for a better place to stay and will be back again!

This property was very conveniently located in the heart of downtown. We didn't have to move our car the whole trip. It was clean and had all of the amenities and extras we needed to remote work during the day and enjoy the downtown restaurants at night. Much more space than a hotel would have. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had all of the gadgets and utensils we needed. The check in and out process was so easy. The owners were responsive when we had questions. I would stay here again and recommend others to stay.

We enjoyed two amazing nights in Beaufort at this quaint property. Everything was exactly as advertised and the location cannot be beat. This will be our go to place to stay anytime we are back in Beaufort.

The studio loft style property was wonderful! Very clean, direct walking access to the Beaufort harbor shops and restaurants, and comfy bed at night. Amenities were perfect. We will definitely stay here again. Hosts were also very accessible and helpful.

Look no further. If you are looking for a great location to stay in Beaufort, this is it. Very clean and very comfortable loft right in the middle of downtown. Wish we could have stayed longer. Just be careful, you may get stuck on the couch in front of the 75" flat screen TV. We will be back, and this is where we will stay.
