Location was perfect, since I fancy my beach runs every morning. Very nice flatmates. Safe and proper neighborhood. Easy parking

The room itself was not clean, also the kitchen not clean. The first thing I did was buying stuff to clean and do the basics. The building is old, it was freezing at night and the electric little heater didn't work at first.

Die Lage ist super, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand oder mit dem Rad, welches man sich im Haus gegen Zahlung ausborgen kann. Bus 109 nur 8 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und sauber. Die anderen im Haus sind hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wäsche waschen unten im Haus kostenlos möglich.

BEWARE!! Stay away from this place unless you want to have a horrible experience and deal with a nightmare. When I arrived at the property - the house was dirty, disgusting and smelled like urine and sweat. And the toilet and plumbing was already broken when I arrived at the house and they blamed me for their broken toilet even though it was their fault and I didn’t do anything. As if that wasn’t horrible enough - the room that I had booked with them was already occupied by someone else. And the staff was rude and disrespectful and they treated me with hostility, made false accusations about me, were vicious toward me and they made my stay a nightmare. I should have listened to the negative reviews about this place and I shouldn’t have stayed here and waste alot of my time and money. WARNING!! I’m not the only person that wrote a negative review about this place - READ THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE WHILE YOU STILL CAN AND BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE!!

You could not expect high comfort for a low rate. The location equals more a shared-airbnb apartment. The neighborhood is super nice

There were towels from the previous guest in my room and the closet, where I found towels but no clean bedsheets was smelly. And I needed to run the heater the whole night as it was super cold in the room. And it is kind of awkward to know and hear a person also living next room but never seeing anyone.

Nothing, but the owner said he would give me a refund. The home smelled greatly like cat urine and since I have a medical issue I was unable to stay. I let him know and he said he would refund me since I did not stay there.

The house smell was very strong and full of cat urine. Even with the window open, it was not acceptable. this house is a health concern.

It was a little spooky getting up and into the place as you enter from the back alley and go up a little flight of stairs and find your way into a house that's dark and no one is there. That being said however, I was the only one there, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet so I got a good night's sleep!

The only thing I could really say I didn't like about the place is that it was a little strange getting up to the room and there is no air conditioning or Wi-Fi.
