My family and I rented for 7 days and our experience was amazing from start to finish. The proximity to the water and the carousel was perfect for kids and the beach equipment at the house for our use was super convenient. The house had more than enough space for all of us along with AC, washer/dryer, and a nice kitchen and deck with a grill for us to have quick and easy meals. The owners were also great to work with and the pass to old comply beach made it so we were able to avoid massive crowds and relax with ample space. If you are looking for a rental in Old Lyme that is super close to the beach and carousel I highly recommend this property. Thank you for a great week!

Weekend wedding and we had 8 adults Three couples and two adult children. The four bedrooms were perfect for our needs. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed right down to beach chairs and umbrellas. Definitely would recommend this property and if we are in the area again would rent it

This was a wonderful cottage only five minutes from the ocean in Old Lyme. The owners were friendly, responsive, and nice! The place was clean, four well-appointed bedrooms, loving living spaces including living room, front porch and huge back deck!

This little house gave us everything we needed for our family get away! We were all very cozy there. We loved being able to walk to the beach during the day and then walk to get get ice cream at night 😄

The house was very clean, and included everything needed for a family trip to the beach. The host provides, a beach buggy, beach chairs, a cooler and umbrellas for the beach. Information on the private beach rules, home info and local information was available and well organized. There are 4 nice bedrooms and two full bathrooms, plenty of space for a family of 5. We had no issues during our stay, but all communication was responded to right away. We really enjoyed our stay.

This home is so clean and well maintained by Christina and Paul! Christina and Paul were very attentive and responded quickly through text or phone call. The house had pretty much everything we needed- both bath and beach towels, beach wagon, two beach umbrellas, and beach toys for the kids. The kitchen had small appliances and a big kitchen sink! The beach was a short walk away and the outdoor shower was the best upon returning from the beach. The board games, card games and coloring books kept both the children and adults enteratined during our stay. It was great to have the deck space with the grill and to have the ice cream, arcade and carousel so close by- a shorter walk than the beach! We felt like it was our home in the short time we spent in it. And we are definitely interested in returning again.

The house was very clean when we got there. When I left I made sure to clean up and put everything back where it goes. The only thing I did wrong was locked one of the doors before I left and the husband called me cursing and was very upset saying that he is now going to have to call a locksmith. There were people taking pictures and very nosy neighbors. The owners did handle this situation but I would not stay there again because I felt like I did more than what I should have were the price I paid and got yelled at for locking a door to protect the property. Again definitely my fault he said it was in the instructions not to lock it. But I overlooked.
