Food & Service excellent by all staff. Accommodation basic but very clean & comfortable. Drink prices very reasonable with happy hours. Pool kept extremely clean, even with windy weather. Beach facilities again basic but comfortable & clean.

Not much really, the site was very quiet & so more people would give a better atmosphere.

I got a big one bedroom apartment, with a good sized bathroom and kitchen. Plenty of storage space. Shower had good pressure and hot water. Having a balcony was also nice. The hotel area is huge, and there is a big sized pool (with a pool bar that serves food), a restaurant, a bar and a small supermarked there. The apartment was spotlessly cleaned every day. A very nice suprise was that I got a small fruit basket, a bottle of water and free Wi-Fi with my apartment. Walking into Santa Maria takes about 30 minutes (to the beach) and to the hotel beach it takes about 20 minutes from the reception area. The hotel also has a shuttle service that is free and leaves at regular intervals.

The bed would have benefited from having a top mattress as it was possible to feel the mattress springs when laying on it.

The beds are very old and bad. Still the same breakfast every day.

Modern room, cheap and good pool with nice snack bar.

There's no free wifi. It is in a ghost resort. Fortunately, there are restaurants and bars in the beach 10 min walking distance.

the staff and the quiet. Xmas Eve they let a bottle of red wine as courtesy.

Huge compound. Good price quality. Complimets to the friendly and professional staff member at the lobby who welcomed us when arriving late at night. Beach 20 min walk. Nice swimming pool. Very big appartment and very clean.

Low occupancy so you felt sometimes as in a huge deserted city.

Everything was clean, we had non stop hot water (I have to say that because some ppl wrote in their comments that this is not the case) and the employees were very friendly & helpful! Y'all turned it into a perfect stay for us!!! Additionally there is a supermarket near by and a restaurant plus a pool bar where you also can have breakfast if you wake up too late as we did! Thank you again and I can totally recommend this accommodation (we even extended our stay 3 days longer instead of going somewhere else :-)! )

It's an apartment complex mostly, outside of Santa Maria, so be prepared to go there for food if you don't have it included. We did not eat in the local restaurants but beach and pool bars had good options, and you can see the effort they put. Ponta Preta beach is close and super relaxing.

Bus shuttle services could have been more frequent, and no internet in rooms (unless you pay crazy), which is disappointing.

The resort it self, all of it's resources - As they have written they have everything and we liked that Cleaning everyday, they really did a job and we like the folded sheets on the bed Gilwan, the piccolo, is a huge plus for the hotel. Always smiling and friendly, he made us feel welcome and was all the time asking if we needed anything

One of the receptionists seriously need to be more friendly and be better at pronouncing numbers... We felt so uncomfortable asking her and felt we were another weight on her shoulder. Also one of the ladys in the supermarket was never with a smile and unfriendly. We had food poisoning and we think it was from the breakfast, so not much of a holiday...
