The environment was quiet and serene, apartment was lovely and clean. It is home away from home as it had all things you need to make you comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay here.

We spent over an hour waiting outside trying to get access to the apartment. We were tired and frustrated at a point. Direction and communication was very poor from the host. The direction of how to get the keys to access the apartment was not clear enough for a first time person using the apartment. We had to keep calling George over the phone back and forth before he explained to us how to get the key. We could have been stranded outside if we didn't call. No host to check on you by calling to know if you have gotten in and everything is OK. There was just 1 tissue paper left in the bathroom and we had to go and buy when it finished. The bathroom door in the ensuit room keep getting stucked together with the door to the room and you wouldn't be able to get out if you are on your own in the apartment. I had to call my friend on 3 different times to let me out. That door needed to be changed to the opposite direction to avoid the 2 doors jamming together.The apartment is lovely overall

parking is downstairs with no lift so heavy bags need to be unloaded in the front of the building

The apartment was so clean and fresh, and spacious. They had thought of everything you would need, including good quality shampoo and conditioner !. Bath towels were large and useful. Beds were comfortable and nice bedding. The balcony was such a useful extra, especially as the weather was sunny.

The dripping tap was a little annoying, but George explained the plumber had let him down. Did not detract from the stay. Also water pressure in the shower was rather low for my taste but I do love power shower.
