The complex is old but in good condition our unit was updated and very clean! The restaurant and bar were clean and the food was delicious the best we had on the island. The beach was great and the bay was calm for snorkeling and swimming. The staff was so helpful and kind! They have everything you need at this resort!

We loved this place on our very first visit to St. Thomas and we just had to come back. The resort has so much to offer and an amazing beach. There is a sand only portion along with coral areas for snorkeling. If you want more adventure, you can sign up for diving or cruises with the charter on site. Don't forget the food and multiple dining options right next to the beach for a beautiful view. There are local grocery stores and night life in Red Hook just 5 minutes away. We happened to catch a small storm and the resort was ready, we barely noticed any change. They have a generator for full power so you don't skip a beat. Just a great place to stay and relax.

I loved our hillside condo. Very clean and up to date. The only issue we had was the television in the bedroom was not working. I asked for help to fix it several times but no one ever came to look at it.

Beach is nice but lots of large rock in water so swimming area is limited. For first time travelers to the Caribbean, its fine. Ive traveled to many islands and this is not one I'd return to.
Rent a car is a must and there is free parking on property.
Beach is nice but the shower on beach is not great so kids had lots of sand going back into room.
I had to ask to get assistance to show us where:
- room was located (building 4, 3rd floor, lits of steps and walking to/from beach).
- help with luggage (travelling with 2 adults & 2 children) and the staff that did help was rude and didnt seem like he wanted to help.
- beach towels provided but they have to give you a card. Which we never got until next day.
- check in is at 3, and we got in at 2 and waited until after 4 for the room access.
Housekeeping does not sweep floors so we had to be mindful to always have something on feet. We saw roaches 2x and had to call 2x to have them spray. They sprayed & the residue from the spray was on stove top, floors etc.
Overall, the room set up is perfect if you want the living space and ability to cook your meals.

This property has been a favorite since 2007. The snorkeling is great and the beach is easy on your feet! The beachfront condos make it really easy to enjoy. We ate at the grill our first night there and it did not disappoint. Red Hook is five minutes away to eat at multiple restaurants and catch the ferry over to St. John and there's a great grocery store just 3 minutes the other way. Our kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed for our stay. We had some of our family with us so we stayed in a 2 bedroom in bldg #4 which looks to the west. One of my favorites so far. I would rent a car though, taxis have really gone up. $15 per person one way into Charlotte Amalie.

The hillside suite we rented was fantastic, but the crickets outside at night made it very difficult to sleep. We reported an issue with the A/C on the first day we were there, but it was not addressed during our stay. The A/C would run for a few minutes, then shut off, display two error codes, and recycle itself before coming back on another couple minutes later. This made the temperature in the suite uncomfortable in the upper-80s and high humidity conditions.

The front desk and employees throughout the resort were very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The location is great, in terms of being right on a beautiful beach and near Red Hook for shopping / dining. We had a wonderful stay and time there.

The toilets in the facility did not work several times during our stay. Problems with the whole facility. We spent three days with a toilet that would not flush but maybe only in the late mornings and then for only half a day.

The individually owned condos were beautiful. I loved the beach on the resort. Snorkling was so much fun on the resort. I would highly recommend Secret Harbour Resort as my go to on St Thomas. It was family friendly and had nice relaxing vibes.

Overall the resort was nice. Only reason they don’t get a 5 star is, we stayed in building 1 and there was a rooster that would crow every morning right outside at 6:30am. It would do it a lot and became annoying. That said over all everything else was a great stay and the beach was nice.

Amazing place to stay! Property is absolutely gorgeous with top beach in St Thomas. Staff were all very nice. Restaurant was good and service was great there as well. View while you eat is picturesque. Our condo was very clean and had probably the best bed and bedding. My only complaint is we didn’t stay there longer. We would definitely go back there if we stay in St Thomas again. Thank you for everything.
