It was okay for a night. Nothing bad nothing too special. Breakfast okay

The hotel just started up after lockdown, so it had some issues with airco, hot water and toilets. But the staff were very helpful to solve any issues.

We booked this hotel as a quick stopover during a road trip. We paid for an upgraded room, with a king bed, so we could ensure a non-smoking room (the more basic room said that a non-smoking room could not be guaranteed). When we got to our room, the room clearly smelled of smoke and we had not been given the upgraded room we paid for. After complaining to the front desk, we received a new room, which was still not the upgraded room we paid for, and the room smelled heavily of perfume being used to mask an odour. Thank god we only had to stay one night in this hotel. I would not recommend it for any reason. Aside from the smell, which was also present throughout the hallways, this hotel wasn’t in a great location.

It is priced well. It needs a carpet change and bathroom lidt

Hotel clean , recently refurbished, and beds comfortable, except for pillows, although note in room says you can ask for different pillows. Breakfast is excellent, we felt worth the extra expense. Hotel is easy walking distance to central Toulon and port and train station areas.

We stayed there only one night, it was à relay before Avignon so it was ok, restaurant around are rare we were able to have a hot microwave lunch after 19:00 thanks.

The hotel was easy to find as it was well sign posted. We managed to park at the front of the hotel which was free. The check in was quick and smooth. The room was well equipped if a little tired. There were plenty of sun loungers by the pool but it wasn’t easy to get a drink. We went to the bar twice before staff finally appeared. Unfortunately the hotel was in a very nosy position and neither of us got a wink of sleep. There were numerous emergency vehicles passing during the night.

The hotel itself is very nice and clean, and the staff are friendly - including people in the restaurant. But the surrounding area is not very nice.

The hotel is clean and tidy with friendly staff. Some of the corridors need a refresh but the room we had was modern and clean with an up to date bathroom. The restaurant is fresh and the food at breakfast provided with good variety.

for the price of the hotel it wasnt that great..

Despite reporting a faulty fire alarm system, I had to unplug it myself as no service person ever showed. Slow wifi

Very good hotel restaurant. Most employees speak English and were very helpful. Parking garage was tight unless you have small car. Would definitely stay there again.

Very Nice! Exceeded expectations. Will return. The entire staff executed their jobs like clockwork. Seamless synchronization of all hotel staff functions. Very helpful staff. Very kind. Hotel room is starting to show some wear and tear--nothing maintenance staff can't fix with some attention to detail.

Peaceful and relaxing, but still close enough to the nightlife and marina

Only one night but felt that the hotel met our expectations. Well located near the train station and center of town. Staff was very helpful. Bathroom was modern and well-equipped.

I didn't take any breakfast or dinner or use any of the extra facilities, but the room itself exceeded my expectations of a Holiday Inn and was actually very pleasant and comfortable with a brilliant shower, large TV and lots of space. The only thing I wish it did have was a small kettle, even though the espresso machine was cool, it would be nice to have the option for something other than only an espresso. A small kettle and a normal sized cup would have provided this.

Complained to staff but they said they couldnt do anything about it, we suggested they put a sign up or on the car to tell them not to parl there but it acted upon so it happened a few days in a row.

This hotel has great friendly staff. The hotel is in great condition.It is also close to the water and many great restaurants and bars, just minutes away! Very close to the train station, 3 minute walk! Breakfast buffet is great with bacon, scrambled egg, lots of fruit to eat, cereals, breads, cheeses. you won't go away hungry. The coffee machines give you lots of choices. The pool is very clean. Any time in Toulon, That's the place to stay!

A really nice hotel, right in the city, but offering free parking.We arrived very early for our one night stay. Staff were very helpful & friendly.The restaurant was closed on the Sunday night that we stayed, but good bar meals were available.
