I think his name was Brandon at check-in. But very friendly and we checked in a little early and the room wasnt quite ready, but he understood that I had a baby and a toddler and moved things around to get us into a room right away! Room was a King suite and was nice & spacious, loved the big bathroom with 2 sinks and the separate rooms w/a door of which we used a lot. Missed the free drink happy hour as we had plans, but we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the free hot breakfast. Definitely would stay again!

We had a great time overall. The room was really nice and very clean. We loved the fact that we had a balcony that overlooked the mountain. The room had a great table and “bar” area. It was great that the room had a mini fridge, but we had hoped there would be a freezer which there was not. The bathroom was super big and clean, and the shower was amazing. The downside of the room was at the bed was extremely hard and there are too many doors. We also had a small issue with the AC. The temperature in the room was either way too cold or too warm, and there didn’t seem to be a happy medium. We loved the fact that there’s breakfast in the morning and the guy making omelettes was phenomenal. We did try and order room service, but we were told it wasn’t available due to a large wedding and there only being one employee. Instead, we opted to go down to pick up food thankfully they gave us 10% off for the inconvenience. Overall, our stay was great and we will definitely be staying here again!

Loved the complimentary Happy Hour. Lovely breakfast with made to order omelets included. The man running the bar was exceptional.

Overall, stay was pleasant. Only a few minor issues with the room. Shower water pressure was low. Batteries in the main living room were dead or close to it. Was only staying 1 night so TV wasn’t used much.

Great drink special and amenities. Property is a bit old, but evening drinks and breakfast was nice. Needed a few other items for people allergic to eggs for breakfast.

Our stay was good but short , the area looked like it was hit by a recent storm . When water system running , created deep water to walk across to get out to our car . Staff was great and nice.

There was a leak and my $500 breast pump was ruined and I still have not heard from
Kenja to receive any type of compensation! The pool area had a smell and my bf got hurt on a chair when it collapsed as he sat down! The rooms were nice but it’s been a struggle to get help on anything! I would like to get my breast pump replaced

Ended up having to travel 2 hours home at night due to finding blood & bugs on one of the beds in the room. Front desk person was very concerned, but nothing was resolved. (Tried uploading the pictures, but it wont let me for some reason.)

My travel plan was changed after purchased my hotel reservation and got approval by email. I could not check in the hotel because embassy suit says they didn't get any approval confirmation about my itinerary changed. They tried to contact HOTEL.COM but didn't get a real help from them. it was really frustrating and embarrassing situation. I was just walked out, even though I paid for that booking.

The stay was great. Loved the complimentary drink vouchers and friendliness of everyone. My only complaint was the temperature of the room. It said 60degrees but was really at 78-80 degrees. To be fair, it’s the summer in Arizona so it can be hard to make the rooms chilli at this time.

We have stayed here multiple times over the years when we visit Tucson. We love the breakfast and evening reception. The hotel is spread out over a large area which can make getting to areas within the hotel a bit of a walk but the openness of the courtyard makes up for it.
Rooms are dated with worn carpeting and saggy pillows but the beds were comfortable and despite being close to the pool, our room was very quiet. Brandon at the front desk quickly resolved an issue we had with our first room by moving us to a satisfactory room.

We arrived at the hotel late friday but was greeted with friendly hotel staff. Our room didnt have a working AC unit, but we were offered another room and that worked great. Camille at the concierge was very helpful and hotel staff in general was very courteous. We will definitely book again if we are in the Tucson area.

Enjoyed the manager’s reception and breakfast. Also enjoyed the pool area.
Only concern is that the glass elevators get EXTREMELY hot, since this property is in Tucson AZ where it was 108 degrees yesterday.

The room was very clean and the carpet appeared to be new.
The staff was great. Friendly quick check-in and the crew at the reception in the evening were a fun group. The lady making the omelets in the morning had 4 going at once and never broke a sweat as she quickly went through the orders with a smile.Check out was also quick and hassle free. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The pool was nice but towels were very small. Area around the pool needs updating with new chairs and tables. Jacuzzi needs a big over haul.
The bar area was nice. It would be nice if a server went around the pool area taking orders. Bar service was extremely slow.

This property is extremely dated. The room we stayed in had dirty carpet, noisy AC, we were on the road and the road noise was terrible. It was hot and the sheets are so scratchy and uncomfortable. It is set up like a motel so the door is on the outside and I didn’t particularly like that or feel very safe in that kind of a set up. The breakfast we had was good however I just had an omelette. The front desk representatives were extremely friendly and very helpful though. The pool and grounds looked pretty nice but we never used them. Jacuzzi was cold when we were there. All in all we paid over $300 for the room during graduation and it was not worth that at all.

The room assigned was very dusty and dated. The carpet was dirty. However, I did like the balcony and the size of the bathroom. The restaurant area is small and hard to navigate with a heavy influx of guests.
