Room was OK but disappointed as was expecting five star comfort. In fact the room appeared like a 3* or 4* Mercure standard with very small beds. Also the room was cold although an engineer fixed it. The main issue was the horrible treatment on checkout by reception. We advised that we did not take breakfast and were not believed. Left waiting while they went to check with the restaurant and came back and still insisted we had it. Finally, the manager intervened. We do not appreciate being treated as liars. Also dinner service was poor (we got tired of waiting and stood up to pay in the end, missing dessert).The location is an an upmarket part of Brussels, however we were warned about walking to the Gare du Midi which indeed is in a quite sleazy area, not so far away.

We were pleasantly surprised at every turn with this hotel. The staff at checkin were attentious and helpful even giving us free coffee, water and chocolates. The room was spacious, elegant and functional with a great shower and very strong (and controlable) AC.
The inner garden was a joy and the breakfast buffet is worth the price.
It is located in the “best” street in Brussels (the one with all luxury stores) but the region is sketchy at night. Great access to trams, subways and taxis.

I recently stayed at this newly renovated hotel and was pleased with the experience. The location is convenient for exploring the area. The hotel staff are responsive and friendly, adding a nice touch to the stay.

I stayed for a few days and the hotel was conveniently located, easy to walk around. The room was sizeable and the breakfast was delicious. All employees were very attentive. I would definitely come back!

Great location , staff were all very friendly and helpfu, and the room was greatl. The bar and restaurant at the hotel were both incredible and the outdoor courtyard is beautiful. If we come back to Brussels in the future , we'd stay here again in a heartbeat

We had an amazing stay here. Close enough to the main tourist areas but a good walk is required and with the weather that may not always be ideal. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Room was really nice. Would recommend for sure.

Great staff and hotel. Breakfast lovely if a little cramped. Rooms really nice and plenty of sockets and USBs. Only small complaint was a strange smell in the lifts and corridor but fine in the room. Would definitely use again.

Hotel is brilliant, very clean,lovely fixtures and fittings very comfortable beds. Coffee machine is such a delight 😊. Unfortunately our experience in the hotel restaurant wasnt good !!! They had no children's menu, my partner ordered ribeye steak at £30.00 yet was given a really poor cut...... when we spoke with the waiter he was very rude and dismissive to her comment " saying you dont know good steak you are from England "
He then walked off not offering to change it.
Thank goodness for the front of house manager coming over and sorting the problem with a fresh steak. The quality of the food served at this restaurant isnt the best, i have eaten better at a wetherspoons.

The hotel was in a great location. Easy walking distance to restaurants, tourist attractions and shopping areas. The staff were very accommodating and helpful regarding bookings and suggestions regarding restaurants. Cleaning staff were excellent.
