The room was dirty and the staff didnt care too much about it when we told them.

Wonderful place to stay. We went there because it was next to Magic and Wonder Dinner Theater. It far exceeded our expectations. Staff was super accomodating. Pools ( indoor and outdoor), room, facilities, and breakfast were all top notch. We will be back next time we go anywhere near Lancaster!

My family and I were really pleased with this hotel. The check in staff were really nice and met our needs right away. Our room was pretty decent in size, clean and well maintained. The only thing I noticed right when I walked into the room was the smell of humidity but I always carry room spray so that was an easy fix and I also noticed a few stains on the rug but that’s unavoidable. I’d say the place could use some remodeling since the wall paper design looked out dated but overall it was a pretty clean and descent property to stay at. And also the breakfast was pretty good too. We’d stay here again. ☺️

Great location and very friendly

Everything was great...my only complaint was they could have used mats in the workout area. But super clean, great breakfast, nice pools (with towels!!)

The staff were nice. The place is kind of old. The exhaust made.a lot of noise and there was a stain in the sofa. The breakfast was okay.

This hotel had a nice update. No complaints! Breakfast was great. Will return.

Clean rooms!

The staff here were very nice and friendly. The outdoor pool and area were clean. Room was spacious, but one of our lights was broken so it was pretty dark in there. We were on the first floor facing the parking lot so didn’t really want to open the curtains too much. The free breakfast was nice but area can get quite crowded. They have a very convenient water bottle filling station which was nice so you don’t have to bring your own bottles of water. The only complaint was that housekeeping never came to our room. We were there for two nights so not sure how often they clean the rooms. But we needed towels and the trash emptied. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, good location, breakfast was good with variety of food, pool was nice and had a jacuzzi.

This hotel was an amazing value and had everything we needed to enjoy Amish Country. The room we booked for 4 nights was spacious, had a nice coffee area, and daily maid service, as well as a nice breakfast spread up until 10 a.m. When I go back in the Fall, I'll book there again.

We were wonderful surprised to have 2 pools - indoor and ouitdoor. The staff were all great, we received a warm welcome and everyone was very accomodating. Clean and roomy rooms very comfortable. Great breakfast choices. I look forward to our next trip to this area and stay here next year!

Place is nice. People are friendly. The breakfast was good. The carpet inside room is dirty it needs to be shampooed hadn't been for quite some years. I walked barefoot it felt bad and my feet were black. Might be vacuuming that's all. I have OCD and wasn't happy.

This hotel was a little further feom town than i normally like to stay. But i booked it based on tje reviews. We had no trouble finding it. Check in was fast and very easy. The problem came as soon as i walked into the hallway #2 off the elevator. I am extremely sensitive to humidity and as soon as i walked off the elevator the hallway smelled liked dampness. The room smelled the same. I was shocked the reviews didn't include this so maybe floor #2 is only affected, i don't know. The maintenance man tried his best, he was very nice. He brought me a dehumidifier and cleaned the ac filters. The pool was great, breakfast was very nice. At 2:30am the dehumidifier beeped that it was full and i had to empty it so it could keep running. I don't think i could stay here another night but luckily our trip was 1 day. The room was non-refundable and the hotel was full so they couldn't move us. Although the staff was very nice, i will probably will not stay here again.

Great place , would recommend it to anyone

Great stay. We were there for a wedding and loved having adjoining rooms. Staff were great. Breakfast very good lots of choices. My only complaint would be the beds were to soft and the chairs in our room 2 out of 3 you could not sit in because they were broke. The pool looked nice but we didn’t have time to use it.

Hotel staff was very accommodating, let us check in early. Breakfast was very good, a lot to choose from. Room was clean and nice size. Grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool. Definitely would stay there again.

The air conditioner woke me up every time it turned on. The mini Fridge also vibrated loudly when on. I was unable to sleep. They refused a refund when I checked out a day early....

I didn’t expect to see the grumpy suspender-wearing guy that I complained about to management last year AND THAT MANAGEMENT CONFIRMED WAS A CHRONIC GRUMPY GUY still being his grumpy self but YAY! There he was! We played the game and left our towels in the provided basket outside our door for fresh ones and to save room cleaning and didn’t get any back? There was dried fruit under our AC (which by the way was FANTASTIC during the recent heat wave). The pools were busy but good as well. My sister also stayed in another room and found a cracker in her couch. Just tweak the room cleaning a bit more and give the grumpy guy a chill pill and we will be back. Breakfast was fantastic- the food was well stocked and fresh!

Quiet property back from the road. A little dated but well maintained and very clean.
