I felt the toilets were way way too low to the floor. The breakfast was costly for what foods were available, it was no different than a continental breakfast but you had to pay. Food in the lounge was excellent. White bed sheets had stains on them upon entering our room the 1st night. Also no complimentary hand soap in the bathroom. TV remote was useless at operating the TV. Left curtain in room #133 has a gap between the wall on the left side so the parking lot lights illuminate the entire headboard on that side of the room.

The room was dirty upon arrival, crumbs and hair in beds, hair in tub, and toilet dirty. The whole room was dusty. I went to front desk to provide this information and ask for a new room. The front desk staff informed they had no other rooms that could accommodate our party/room type. They offered to do a deep clean of the room, which meant we had to leave the property for them to do so. Not having another place to stay in the area, we had no choice but to agree to this. The ONLY saving grace at this hotel was Anna at the front desk who did the clean herself with the help of an assistant. She wrote an I’m sorry card and provided a small tin of cookies. The fact that these items exist should be enough to know they have had problems in the past. I requested a call from the manager, and two days post stay there has been no call, no apology, nothing. I called again today to speak to the manager and again got a response from front desk staff of “we can write a note to her to call-acknowledging that there is already a note for her. Very disappointed in this hotel. For being a Doubletree by Hilton, I expected for this hotel to meet the quality standards we are all used to. They failed to even meet minimal expectations. Do not book this hotel.

Added breakfast through booking. Didn't receive breakfast even though I checked box for $6. Bathroom didn't have soap in it?!? Haven't seen that before. Staff was frustrated they had a line of guests to check in since she was by herself.

Very clean, location is fantastic, staff was friendly, super comfortable beds! Cons- the front entrance and parking is like a maze, the rooms are NOT stocked with essentials - toilet paper was low when we checked in, shampoo conditioner on shower wall was completely empty. Cost of this property is a lot for not including breakfast in the stay.

Forgot how old of a hotel this is, needs updating and CLEANING. Stains on carpet, needs vacuuming, coffee area was tired and needed cleaning too.

Staff was rude- accommodations not in service - advertised not as promised

There was no bartender at night and there was no cook to make breakfast in the morning so we had to settle with a limited menu in which i purchased the breakfast vouchers. The rooms were not the cleanliness and the hot tub water looks and smells kinda funny.

I wish I took pictures . Ordered 2 rooms did not put next to us . Key didn’t work had 2 go back 2 times to get in room . No hand soap , no coffee in the morning ready , stains on carpet , lamp shade , dirty couch . Person I was with had people standing by her window she was on ground floor talking and hanging out . Kind of scary . 2 rooms total over 500 dollars one night . No discount , no sorry , use us again new location . Paris would not be proud .

Great location for my needs at the time, very convenient . However the property could use a major update.

Very dated all around, room was ‘clean’ but mysterious stains on the love seat and didn’t want to walk around without shoes on. Staff was friendly and check in and out was quick. I think for the price paid it was lack luster and left me wondering why I paid so much.

We stayed three nights. This hotel was clearly intended to be a conference center but the price was right and it had a pool so we used this as a home base to tool around the area. The room was comfortable enough. The hot tub was actually hot which is sometimes rare. Breakfast is not included but you can get breakfast or dinner on site which is convenient. It’s easy to get around the area from this home base.

Good place to stay, courteous staff. Rooms need to be cleaned a little more around the shower base. Carpets are dirty. A hole in the couch.

I had to call the front desk regarding noisy guests at 1am. The refrigerator in our room was broken and making a horrible noise all night. The bathroom was rusty and outdated. Very disappointed in this Hilton hotel.

Staff wasn’t so friendly or helpful

Rooms were nice,bed was comfy. Bathroom was small but adequate. Carpeting throughout property needs cleaning or be replaced especially in hallways. Breakfast meal was not worth the money. Bar was nice food was pretty good.

We liked the pool. The facilities are aging and not very clean. Phone in the room was broken. The room for 5 was small. Breakfast was good but not included in the price. Staff was very helpful.

Allen checked us in and was great- hotel is older but well maintained- pool and hottub area were good- room was clean and bed and shower were great- the only negative was the people through our connecting door- loud arguing and cussing- last evening and then again at 6 this morning- not Allen’s fault- but maybe try not to put people in adjoining rooms if not necessary

Front desk service was excellent.Beyond the desk was sadly disappointing. I stay at Hilton properties and pay more for clean, well-kept facilities, service and comfort. This hotel is very run down and looks like it got stuck in the 80's. Breakfast server rude and looked like someone they pulled off the street. Not worth the price.

Not furnished appropriately to the space. Our refrigerator was so loud as to make it hard to concentrate on anything else. Not up to the usual standard of DoubleTree or Hilton in spite of the quite high pricing.

The room was not very clean and very outdated.

Convenient location. But old and not updated. Few none functional items.

We stayed for 1 night in early July. Rooms were clean and tidy so were all the common areas - pool, dining, etc. Parking was very spacious but had to walk far to reach the reception. Staff is not very courteous or acomodating any special requests.

Dirty room inside. Teenagers in pool until late and running and screaming down the halls. Messaged the front desk twice and called and no resolution. We barely slept.

The location is the only thing that’s great for this hotel. The hotel hasn’t been updated since 1980’s. It’s very outdated and has a muggy feeling inside. The bed and the pillows are terrible. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would not stay there again.

The fitness room is one of the best I've ever seen in a hotel. The quality for the price is outstanding. Lindsay in the lounge was a great bartender.

The rooms balconies all lead out to the hotel pool which smells very strongly of chlorine

Poor water pressure in shower and could not figure out how to get water hot. The control just went round and round.

Very comfortable beds.
