Our initial room was terrible. There was an outdoor band that was part of the boat show sharing our back wall. Our entire room was vibrating. You couldn’t see outside our window. A large tarp over it, with various outdoor furniture stacked up against the window halfway up. A trickle of water from the shower head. I complained, they gave us a new room which was much better. 3.5 star. Overall definitely not what I expected from autograph mariot property

For $350 +/night we would have expected room service to freshen the room. Instead we came back after 8 hours away from our room to find no fresh towels, bed still unmade, and the waters and coffees had not been replaced. The front desk wasn't sure why the room had not been cleaned and didn't even know if any staff were in site. We eventually received some towels but no waters or coffees for in in room coffee maker

Although we’ve been coming to Annapolis/the Naval Academy for 9 years…we had never stayed at the Waterfront Hotel! Having a Mid we usually stayed at Airbnbs so he & buds would have a place to crash. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the accommodations and view! Prussers seemed a bit abused / but the food was still good - we know it’s closing…but for nostalgic purposes we paid a visit! Highly recommend the hotel property!

My husband and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary, and I couldn't have asked for a nicer room! Beautiful view of the harbor, delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and wonderful area to shop and dine out!

We loved our room and the water views. The hotel was clean well-kept. We are already planning a return trip in the fall. Location is great for walking to anywhere downtown or over the bridge to Eastport.

The room was simple, but just beautiful because the view was outstanding! Hint, water, boats, yachts, and more water.
But there was no tub.......
The mini fridge was not working. They replaced it twice.
There is no breakfast until 7:30 AM on a workday.....
Not even some fruit in a bowl!!
I hate that. They told me they could so room service beginning at 8:30AM. Well that doesn't help!
You MUST use valet, and the cost is 29.00. The valet guys were super aggressive, they need a tip pretty badly.

The average room temperature was 76-78 degrees and the manager didn’t seem to care, saying, “it’s hot outside” or our engineer says nothing will fix it, we’ll send up a fan.”
Elevators were only working sporadically.
My wife tried to get coffee and was told that the machines weren’t working right now.
The only good thing was the view from the room, but couldn’t enjoy it because the temp was 78 degrees. Even the chase in the room looked like it hadn’t been replaced in 20 years.
Would not recommend.

Overall fantastic location! Within easy walking distance of shops & dining and a quick $4 water taxi ride that runs all day to get to the other side of the harbor. Rooms are quaint, well appointed. A bit pricey but the location makes up for it. Valet parking only but very reasonable.

Have stayed here multiple times. Had a balcony room overlooking the harbor. Nice restaurant downstairs has best view of harbor in town. We took a schooner docked next to the hotel for a fun two hour cruise. Room AC works oddly, tough to get room temp adjusted.

Check in was a horrible start. They told me to insert my credit card for incidentals and instead double charged me for our room. They waved the parking fee as an apology. The room was ok. Upon arrival, there were dirty towels in the bathroom that housekeeping had missed.

For $600 a night the hotel was disappointing
The room was small and across from an elevator with many loud wedding parties using the elevator. The room overlooked the street .There was nothing luxurious or special about the room or the hotel.although the location of the hotel was excellent . Also when we arrived we could not access the hotel entrance because a party bus was blocking the entrance and we were told it could not be moved.

Beautiful upscale accommodations. Within walking distance to everything you'll want to see and do. You want a view and a high level of service, then you'll pay for it. Loved the vallet setvice so quick and easy. That is the only option you have at this hotel. Downtown and Historic Annapolis are so pretty with lots of shops and eateries. Lots of taverns too if you travel with no kids.

I went to Annapolis. Me and my partner decided to stay there and spend the night. The area and place are nice but staff and service are terrible.

Second stay in a month, both were wonderful! The staff and valet are top notch. The rooms are fresh and nicely decorated as is the property. Location cant be beat nor can the harbor view. The restaurant and bar need some love but that is in the process of a change and renovation. You will not be disappointed staying here!

Was initially given a room on the 24 tier which sits near an air-handler unit and the vibrations and sounds made it Impossible to sleep. I was n formed the front office staff member and was switched to a better tier in the front of the property. We had a nice dinner at Pusser’s Restaurant!
