Just terrible The air conditioning didn’t work and the TV didn’t work so I’ve been transferred to a second room upon being transferred the upstairs bathroom flooded

Only complaint is that the shower didn’t get warmer than lukewarm. We asked management to check it, but no change after checking. Otherwise pleasantly surprised at how quiet and comfortable the stay was. Might be helpful to renovate the exterior as it looks rather old.

Good: huge suite with great floor plan, thrilled about the extra bathroom and TVs in every room, kitchen nicely stocked, hot tub was good and hot with great jets.
Bad: A/C was not working properly. Room was dirty and old. Had to ask for pool towels and received bath mats. Had to go to the front desk to get bedding for our pull out. Had to get new keys because first ones didn’t work. Pool furniture cushions in desperate need of replacement. No coffee in lobby after 10am.

my daughter just had a baby and so I came out from Hawaii to meet my new grandchild. I booked three nights at the Sens and it was perfect. Quiet enough for us and the baby and also well insulated so as not to disturb anyone else nearby will come back and recommend thank you!

Overall it was nice. It’s a little older and although the room is decent in size the furniture and tv arrangement made it feel smaller. The tv reception was not good and cut out often. I ended up watching on my computer.

The front desk staff was really nice and super informative. Easy check in an out. The room was a decent size for my family. We only spent one night. It was really quiet and very comfortable.
The breakfast was also good and very convenient. Definitely recommend for families.

This is the second year we stay at this property. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the venue where our gymnastic competition was rooms are oversized and comfortable. I will definitely recommend.

Quiet spot for an overnight stay! The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and fairly comfortable as well. There were some small stains on the carpet but other than that the suite was spotless. I didn't end up using it but the kitchen was nice and well stocked!

Generally, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is right off the highway, and easy to get to. The staff was wonderful, informative, and helpful at all times.
The hotel is also very dated. The toilet in our room in Bldg #4 took nearly five minutes to flush and fill. Directions for long distance calls are still on the telephone. But most importantly to us, the Internet connection for this room was atrocious. Using SpeedTest, i never saw anything over 10Mbs. Ten. It’s why the digital television stations constantly drop to black. No bandwidth. Yikes, SenS, this is the area of the Silicon Valley! Upgrade! It took 20 minutes to download a movie!

We discovered cockroach on the wall from the heat filter. And the room we in had blood stains on the carpet. It's nice location but they need to upgrade everything. Sofas were old.

If you're looking for a reasonably priced All Suite Hotel then SenS is the place for you. My wife and I have stayed there twice and each time everyone treated us outstanding.

This is an older property and frankly, seems to be a bit behind on maintenance. We had to have our key cards re-issued three times and our TV fixed twice. Still, several channels had no sound and several more had "snowy" pictures or would disappear and say "no signal". The A/C also had to be repaired. Also, T]the bed was hard (as others have noted).
The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fine as such breakfasts go. The location is quite convenient too.

Service was OK. Pool was clean. Room was very dated. Peeling paint on the ceilings in the room from water damage. Room had spiders and webs in corners. Very dated and worn. Beds were meh. Not awful but nothing about the rooms were particularly comfortable. Television was not a smart tv and the screen was broken. Only showed the show on 3/4 of the screen.

It was clean and comfortable. However it was very noisy early AM from gas station next door. The lobby coffee was luke warm. Breakfast rhe normal stuff thats included in these type of hotels pretty boring but plentiful. Nice hot tub, pool area for relaxation.

Very nice place with large rooms, well equipped kitchen and a nice breakfast. Downsides were extremely firm beds (I couldn’t sleep!), a broken hot tub (one of the main reasons I chose this location!) and no electric vehicle charging on site.

Definitely overall property needs a facelift but the biggest issue is the cheap and uncomfortable beds and the tv that has only about 5 channels that are watchable. Carpet and sofa had stains. The check in staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, so a plus there. Overall i wouldn’t book her again.
