A great hotel in a great location with a fabulous restaurant. We had a wonderful stay.

Good location, desk help was excellent, clean and open lobby. Rooms a bit dated, but clean. You could hear noises from every direction above, below and through the walls. Parking lot in evenings had some sketchy individuals in the back perimeter of the lot.

We liked everything about this property. Went with another couple and it was perfect for us. Rooms nice, service good, quiet neighbourhood and close to our favorite stores and restaurants.

We had an event in the surrounding area and came back to hotel at 11pm , hoping we get a good night sleep. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case … whomever was right next to us had the music blasting so loud I thought I was next to a night club . I ignore the fact thinking by be midnight it would quiet down. I took medicine and fell asleep, woke up to screaming yelling fighting and more loud music at 3 am. This time I called front desk to explain to them and in about 45 mins I heard security escorting them out and they were now being even more noisy in the hall way !! Smh I’ve stayed here several times and hope that I won’t have this problem again and not sure if I want to chance it now

Although it was an older property, it was very clean and the rooms were modern. Unlike other hotels we have used, the room was made up every day and we were give fresh towels etc every day. Staff were very good, and upon a complaint we had about a light not working, it was fixed immediately. Was impressed.

Hotel was nice I stayed two nights but room next door kept waking me up at 5 am both morning and my kids couldn’t sleep.

The service is always spectacular and they recognize those that are repeat customers. It's always hard to be away, this team makes you feel at home.

Our room was extremely clean and super spacious. This sheraton looks newly remodeled!
For those traveling with toddlers, we stayed here with our 2 year old! They offered us a crib at check in! What a great amenity! Highly recommend this hotel!

It was a nice hotel no problems there. When I checked my credit card statement today a random charge of $106 was purchased on my card by the hotel?? Upset to say the least. When I called about it the lady just said she’s not sure what the charge was for. Ummm? Worried that other people are getting charged also and not catching the charge on their card. Terrible and not sure how this can even happen.

the room is not layed out to be friendly the bed and desk and coffee stand where to close to the bed no microwave in the room it was in the hall way the furniture was not comfortable it was like sitting on boards the clock did not work you could not set the time , I was led to believe that there was a swimming pool but alas not so for upscale hotel it was not worth the money

Nice service. Decent price. Nice, accommodating and hard working staff. Comfortable bed and bedding. The property and the rooms are quite run-down and in need of refresh. The bathrooms need work. The toilets use a ton of water, but do not flush completely. The shower does not have enough pressure to form jets through the shower-head. The carpets, drapes, furnishings and amenities are in poor condition. There are large spaces in the room and other locations of the property that make the property feel like an after-thought. Nice gym. Appreciate that it is 24 hours. All-in-all? Marriott’s typical cheapness.

The hotel is very nice, very clean and in a good location. Perhaps they should not allow hockey teams or other sports teams to stay there though, if staff is going to assume the athletes make the hotel look "trashy." Two of our players were at the front desk and told the front desk attendant that they have a very nice hotel. He responded by saying, "Yes, it is, but all of you make it look trashy." Our players are well behaved and always supervised by an adult. There was another hockey team staying there, so to assume it was the boys that were paying him a compliment isn't right and is not professional.

Very clean. We loved our room. Really liked the coffee in the 2 mornings we were there in the restaurant Starbucks. We will stay again

Animals are all over the place. I totally understand service animals. But we saw no less than five people taking large ‘unmarked’ dogs into their rooms. One was right next to us…and barked insatiably for several minutes at a time…at random times throughout the day, evening, or night. 😠

I reserved through Hotel's .com I was looking for a large room Sq. ft. - Most standard rooms fall into the 300+ sq. ft. I thought that I reserved a room that was near 600 sq. ft. When I went up t the room, it was the smallest room I ever checked into, other than some hotel rooms in Europe.
I paid an extra $60.00 to get the size room I thought I was checking into.

Great bar/restaurant! Wait staff was friendly and efficient. When I left my room for breakfast I noticed a diesel exhaust odor in the hallway but not in my room. Weird couch too. I would stay again when in the area.

I can’t even exchange some coins at front desk. and this is really a standard for Sheraton. This disappoints me.

Everything was great. The only thing that would of made it better was silverware in the room for past restaurant hours.
