The front desk gal was very nice and let me know right away it was her first day. She did great. But I just didn’t understand why there wasn’t someone with her helping her when she needed help. It was a concert weekend and there was a line of people at 3pm to check in. For about 30 seconds a guy came to see if she was ok. She said, “I think so.” He just said, “if you need help call (diffferent person)” so he wasn’t even going to help her out. Though that was rude and unprofessional. The room was overall clean, but good lord please fix your showers. The water flows out of the spout for a bath so fast and hard, then when you go to take a shower it barely comes out. All of us in the room tried. Horrible. The beds were comfortable. No top sheet on the bed under the comforter. Over all it was an ok place to stay after a concert. Wouldn’t want to be there more then one night for the price.

The Staff were kind and friendly. The Hotel was old and musty. The TV and microwave did not work in our room. There was no elevator in the Hotel.

It took 45 minutes to check in. There was only 3 people in front of us. The poor girl was so frustrated. Mold in the bathroom under the calking. Needs to be updated. Tile, fixtures ect. Won’t stay there again!

Pool and fitness center were not available during our stay Walls and bathroom could use some updating but other than that our stay was good

The property was under construction or being renovated and had not been cleaned. The place looked like it was falling apart. Gave a seedy impression.

It was a great stop for an overnight. This location was able to walk to a few fast food restaurant options and gas stations. It was also very close to electric charging stations. Felt a little outdated inside in the lobby, but still quaint. Rooms were renovated.

Toilet runs constantly. Bathroom in poor shape, only one big towel for 2 people. Bathroom door barely closes. Hole in part of bathtub. Main door to room barely locks from outside. Short on cleaning staff. Arrived after 4 and barely had a room open

Poor quality remodle. Room smelled of atronf perfume upon arrival, came back a few hours later and reeked of cigarettes (non smoking room)

Pros: waffle machine for breakfast, lots of parking. Cons: beds were terrible, mold in bathroom, no bathroom fan, very outdated, breakfast had little options (no meat, cereal, waffles, bread, bananas and apples), staff were not friendly and had to wait for one to get off a smoke break to check in, person sleeping in car in the back parking lot, mini fridge froze everything in it. Honestly, spend a little more and stay elsewhere.

The lady at the desk helped me check in early.

The staff was very accommodating when I requested early check-in, the customer service was excellent.

Disappointed on the condition of this property for the price of $350 plus tax a night. Old and not kept up.

Dated and sad!

Hallways were more outdated but our room was nicer and more updated. We only stayed one night and the hotel was loud with college students late into the night.

Property appears to be undergoing renovations. furniture is well worn, many things in disrepair. Even our window on the second floor was a piece of plastic, not glass. With all of this said, Our room was clean. We had a good nights rest, and it served our purpose just fine.

The beds are super comfy, but otherwise just an average hotel.

Facility looked nice from the front, breakfast room, in poor condition, tall 12 inch grass on inner court, sprinkler head broke with water running every where, no ice machine on 1st floor. Computer didn’t work at the front desk, so took about 30 minutes to check in.

Been here several times now. Friendly staff and clean room. With the indoor pool it's a good value for the money.

The hotel is nice overall, but there are issues with maintenance and upkeep. The fridge in our room didn't work and there was damage to the baseboards and counters in the bathroom.

This property is receiving a much needed refresh and makeover. Staff is friendly, comfortable mattresses. For the price it’s acceptable but it’s not the place yo go for more then one night if you want comfort and amenities.

looks like another victim of covid, place is run down and uncared for. looks like it was something pre pandemic

Noisy, smelly, felt unsafe. All side doors were locked until 6 am. I felt bad for the staff. The place needs major updating.

Front desk employee was extremely friendly and helpful. The mattress was extra firm. Shower was stained. Overall the room was clean. Very limited selection for the breakfast.

Not a bad place to stay. Wasn’t sure I was walking into the correct hotel at first because the name isn’t on the building and there are several other hotels in the vicinity.

The room was dirty and there were many broken items in it.

AC stopped working through the night and only blew hot air. Had to unplug it, so it got a little stuffy.
