Our stay was great! The property was clean and check in was fast and easy. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Great location.

they did not inform me that my room was a handicap room with no bathtub there needs to be questions asked ahead of time I was looking forward to a nice relaxing bath then I wanted to add one more night to my stay just one and the price went up double for a smaller bed n reason didn’t make sense from the front desk staff

This was an expensive motel. The accommodations were nothing special. Parking for the night should have been free of charge yet we were charged for it. I felt like I paid the price of a 4-star hotel for a 2-star motel. I have stayed at other Best Westerns and trusted that it would be a similar experience, but it was not.

I was very happy. Art was kind and because I stay often he waived my parking. Very generous and kind of him to do. I never had such a great experience like this place. I will come often just to get away.

Person responsible for the food did her best and made sure there was enough food, but the appearance of the property and the individual rooms left much to be desired especially considering the high price paid. I feel like I paid for a motel with hotel pricing and some motels are cleaner and newer than this place

The staff was not professional, Tony (front desk) seems to be all the time in bad mood, no smile, no hello, no courtesy at all. The so called hot breakfast seems to be frozen items that gets reheated, not prepared from scratch. It was not at all worthy of the price I paid.

Everything was great....nice remodel of the property.
The only negative was a slow drain in the bathroom sink, and the cold water was a dribble....only hot water mostly. :(
Also, the parking spots are very narrow, and many can't be used when larger vehicles park.....pretty much all spaces only accomodate smaller vehicles.

The only bad part was housekeeping didn’t hit our room and the soda machine broke but other than that a really good experience, we stayed cause it’s off the beaten path of events but still close enough to be in the area. Every person at the desk i met was friendly and helpful.

Room was clean, but it was quite small for 2 people. The cupboard had a door that was coming off its hinges. It was inconvenient and possibly dangerous. Management said they knew about it, but the handyman didn't get around to fixing it the previous week. It took 2 days before they fixed it for us. Maintenance should be better than that.

I love that they have complementary breakfast , complementary coffee all day and there are staff at the lobby at all time of the day. Parking does have a fee, but it’s not too expensive— $12 a day.

First of all, charging for parking in 2024 is already crazy but not being upfront about it and deducting it from the deposit is even worse. The room was decent, on the low-end for a Best Western. It’s definitely a dated and “flipped” hotel. The main issue was the disgusting sewer smell coming out of the drains. It was fine when we first checked in but in the evening the smell was so bad we had to start spraying air freshner and running the AC on high just to be able to sleep.
