The room was a little outdated, but clean. Breakfast was mostly edible but not great

Clean spacious room. Everything worked as it should. Breakfast was awesome! Variety of choices, hot food was hot and plentiful. Staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

There was no security....didn't have to swipe a room key to enter any doors...even to the pool. The one door was even left accessible with the lock out so the door remained open. The springs on the mattress were felt while laying on the bed. The hot tub was murky and smelled like dead fish...not clean...the pool on the other hand was nice. Staff were very accommodating and pleasant.

The lobby and breakfast room were clean and updated. The breakfast was hot and delicious and plentiful even though we ate late. Staff were helpful and friendly.
However our room was disgusting. It was outdated and water damage in the ceiling. It had an unpleasant musty odor when we walked in. Burn marks on the edge of the bathtub.
Filth on the curtains and the door. It definitely could use some love and updating.

Our first room had a loud air conditioning unit because the fan was going out. They moved us to another that was worse. They moved us to a third where the unit didn’t work at all and smelled musty. Finally, since we were moved 4 times, they upgraded us to the Presidential Suite at no extra cost. It was great! The day and evening front desk staff were so accommodating on 8/29/24 which was also our anniversary.

I liked the location but it was note 4 star hotel, in my opinion. Pending charges for the motel was 2 !/2 times what it cost.... and I am watching my bank account to see what i am actually charged, get ready for a dispute if not corrected, The manager, Sherry Steele, was very professional and ASSURED me this will all be corrected after my check out. PLUS my grandson charged a snack for $4.54 And two more charges for the room were pending on his card..What the freak!!. I was also assured these charges would be dropped within 24 hrs after check out Saturday am. They could not tell me why this even happened!!! and they had us as a "no show" on Thursday night. We arrived and were given our room keys about 6:30 pm Thursday. She did not know how that happened either. Our charges better be cleared up.soon.

Rooms have old dirty carpets. Indoor pool unusable; outdoor pool has peeling paint and limited/old plastic chairs; A/C in hallways broken; some rooms smelled of mildew and had leaks and drywall coming down. Hotel staff said property is being renovated. It’s pretty bad.

Staff is the only thing going for this place and the only reason it gets two stars. Place reeks of pot, horrible. Signs indicate they may be doing a remodel, but haven’t seen signs of work. AC in room did not work, when we tried to leave for supper, door did not lock!! Yes they made it right, but I feel they shouldn’t have had to.

Staff was the only good thing about the place. Halls, elevator, rooms-everything reeks of pot. Our room had no AC, when we were leaving to find supper, we discover the door didn’t lock. They did switch our room, but I feel if the place had been properly maintained it wouldn’t have been necessary.

Nice pool and courtyard. The bathroom had a six inch diameter spot with mold. Many water stains in the ceiling. A leak was never addressed. New room was assigned w/o question. Well worn carpeting and trim. Needs an update.

Staff are very kind and accommodating. Room was clean, but smelled of cigarettes and really needs updated. Staff exained that they are getting the facility updated very soon. Also, the inside pool and hot tub are down (not functioning). Other than that it was a very good experience.

I stay at about 10 hotels per month, and don’t normally write reviews, but had to do one for this place because it’s my favorite ever. Pretty much everything is perfect for this price tier, except the door lock to room 108 which I’m pretty sure it’s haunted (the actual door lock not room 108). But the staff are so cool they even made that a pleasant experience. If you stay here, and

The staff was very accommodating & friendly. The pictures shown online for this hotel were definitely not what you get. They are currently under a remodel & I hope it ends up looking like the pictures. For the money, it was an alright stay.

Very nice modern place .. quiet and close to just about whatever you want ..right off the interstate and tucked back away from all other stores .and people ..big property and spread out ..I recommend this over any others in mineral wells

Staff waiting at the desk. Snacks available for purchase late night. Big facility. Huge guest room. Like vastly bigger bathroom and guest room than other suite style hotel we’ve stayed at in 10 years, and that’s in many diff states. Huge room for the same price as the cramped hotels. Comfy soft bedding. Lots of toiletries. Good towels. Good water pressure. Quiet. Even a nightlight in the bathroom.

Personnel was really nice. We booked a King Suite with a jetted tub. But it was in a bottom floor, which are all musty, like a campground. They were nice & upgraded us to their best suite, which was huge, but still very outdated.
All the nice renovations in the online pics were just of the inner dinning room area where they serve breakfast, not the actual rooms. Rooms are very outdated.
And the inside part of the pool was only 4 foot deep & tiny.
Breakfast was very good though. Nice veriety of hot & cold foods.
