Was very happy with this hotel. Booked it mostly because it was near DCA and had shuttle service to the airport. I was pleasantly surprised at how great the customer service is from front desk to housekeeping; the rooms are clean and spacious, and the food in their own restaurant is good. The only ding is I didn't notice a recycling bin in the room, but I believe they do have them in the lobby.

Hotel was great very easy to walk anywhere. Shuttle from airport to hotel took over 45 minutes the first time then over 35 the second do not count on it being on time or even running when you need to go

We attempted to cancel our reservation as it was due to a cancelled flight and a required stay in DC. We tried cancelling through you all and it was impossible and a nightmare...even after purchasing insurance.
I would appreciate you providing us with a full refund immediately. If not, then the only thing I can do is poorly rate you all for the lack of service.

The staff was in credible. Every time I walked through the lobby I was greeted by name. Every time I returned to the hotel I was welcomed back. This was every staff member who worked the reception area.

$47/day for parking is criminal. Marriott should be more transparent about the cost of parking and include in total cost of the stay.

Had a very pleasant 2 night stay in this hotel. Very clean in the rooms and the lobby. Front desk staff very kind and helpful. If you’re considering purchasing the parking before or at the property I’d definitely recommend before because I was able to safe half the cost by purchasing with my room on hotels.com

Excellent. Stayed night before flight out of DCA, decent food in the bar, and convenient shuttle to airport. They also offer long term parking for airport. Will used it next time.

Absolutely loved my stay here at the Marriott. Shuttle picked me up from the airport promptly and it was only a 2 min drive from Washington Reagan Airport.

The staff was very friendly. The room comfortable. The hotel is a little fast from the Metro, so while out of easy to get into DC using the airport shuttle to that station, it takes a bit longer. Also, the parking few of $45 a night is both excessive and unfair. Travelers arriving by plane get free transport but drivers are subjected to a high fee.

The stay was good. The hotel is well managed and operated. The front desk was friendly, efficient, accommodating and knowledgeable. The Bistro servers were very friendly and the food was excellent. The shuttle was very convenient and the drivers were very nice.

I was able to check in early and shuttle service was nice back and forth through the airport. Hotel is near public bike rentals where you can easily navigate without a car.

Management should plan on high volume times ( such as Airline crisis) to be appropriately staffed. We felt bad ordering anything watch how the one person was working the entire restaurant as a kitchen runner, cashier and server. Poor management

It was just what my family needed after two long flights.

They texted me2 days before to say there was a $45 per night parking charge. Nothing on there website mentioned
I called them and complained when I arrived. NO ONE TOLD YOU COULD PARK ON THE STREET. when I arrived no cars were on the street. The next night there were cars all over the street and the lot said it was full
They then told me to go into the lot and maybe someone would have left and I would find a space. I did find 1. But when I complained about the parking fee, they could have told me about street parking and I would have saved the $90 fee.Not happy with Marriot or Orbitz at this time

Last minute stay, wasn't there long. But staff were pleasant and efficient, room was was good--great mattress, good location, and good hot coffee in the market (not free of charge).

Overall the stay was not enjoyable. When we checked in the staff was not friendly and welcoming. We let that slide because we did check in so late. The beds were very uncomfortable and we rolled towards the middle all the time. There were not any microwaves in the room. The staff never seemed to be able to find creamer when we asked. We had to purchase coffee pods at a local store because we were unable to get any. We had an emergency and had to cut our stay short and were charged an early check out fee which just happened to be the same cost as the rest of the stay. The are was not the best area and lots of noisy guest from the start to the end of the stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
