The wall paint was all chipped. Parking lot was weedy and dirty. While we were still sleeping, the maid was playing loud music while cleaning the room next door that we could hear in our room.

By the smell of it room, it seemed there had been a water leak several years ago. Also evident by the patchy different colored paint on the ceiling there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom the room smelled of mildew. The second night we were there a dog barked until 11 PM

The staff was professional and good to work with. The condition of our room was somewhat concerning. The beds were clean and comfortable.
However, when we entered the room, it smelled like someone had been smoking in there. Later the next day, it smelled like marijuana in the bathroom. We deduced that the smells were coming from the vents in the bathroom.
The bathroom was concerning as well. A light bulb was out in the vanity. The closet door in the bathroom was quite damaged and the smells as mentioned above.
The condition of the property was a bit worn out.

Hi wanted to say that i have stayed here before and never had the issues of breakfast like this time. The Spanish lady that was there didn't have any food out by the time breakfast starts and really limited to just eggs and sausage

From check-in to breakfast to check-out the service was helpful, attentive, and friendly. As for the location, it is a chain-store paradise, but as a result, it’s convenient as can be.

The hotel was nothing like the pictures. In our room there were exposed wires coming out of the wall, and exposed electrical socket, light switches were falling off wall, the shower was dirty, light fixtures were missing covers. Just a complete fire hazard overall. I didn't want to risk my toddler getting hurt with the exposed wires and socket so we left and didn't even stay. Very very poor.

Our door was falling off the door hinge. My husband got his fingers smashed in it. Had to go to front desk to ask if it could be fixed. The front desk worker couldn’t leave and no maintenance people available so we had to fix it ourselves. Room was not clean couch had bottle caps under pillows and the bathroom had black hairs in it.

Everything was great! Breakfast was good but would have liked to have some kind of fruit offered. Only downside was the parking lot was a little awkward.

Homeless people sleeping on property, looked to ne drug dealing going on in parking lot, room was dirty hotel is dirty outside is dirty, they did change the room when I complained but still ended up next to people that were partying all night, staff walked into room without knocking a hr before our check out time.

Wasn't the best or the worst. Would not stay there again. Mattresses do not have covers and didnt look like mattress pad had ever been washed.

This hotel is not as pictured. The room was extremely dirty, with stains on the walls, floors not swept, windows not cleaned, exposed wires, and dirty bath tub. I was scheduled to stay three nights, but left after one because the room was so unclean. The elevator and hallways were also dirty - it looked like the floors had not been cleaned in weeks.

First night couldn’t sleep, the mini fridge was making all sorts of noise had to unplug it. Reported it to the front desk stated they would fix by the time we returned from our outing. Came back, still the same fridge. Finally got it fixed on the 3rd day. Breakfast was the same thing every day. (4 night stay) Need to change it up. Trash behind the bed, and spiders in the room. Think we will stay elsewhere next round.

Not clean on floors. Maintenance disgusting in an out of rooms. Food subpar only thing was coffee the rest was below any LaQuinta ever. Lady changed us to another room but floors and bathroom lacked adequate cleanliness.
Other hotels will be considered.

Need new kitchen staff. When we got there I waited behind her in line for her to get her own food. Out of milk, and hot water and she was no where to be found so went to the front desk. Window around dining room were filthy. In our bathroom the grout was dirty and there was a hole in the wall that they did a quick fix on. Front desk people were very nice and friendly.

The condition of the hotel and the rooms is in such a poor state that I wouldn't even let my pet stay there. The paint on the ceiling is peeling off. It smells of urine and the floors are sticky, they've have got blood stains on them. If we had any option we would have not stayed the night this is less than a one star hotel.
