Loved this hotel! Location is perfect… right on the bay. Rooms are large and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Shopping is everywhere!! Restaurants were fantastic. Would definitely stay again One negative: the soap dispensers are terrible. They barely work and the location in the tub is ridiculous. If you’re taking a bath, u have to stand up to get soap!! So, bring a bar of your own and a few washcloths (u don’t get a lot of towels in Europe) The little Welcome bag with tooth bushes and tooothpaste is a nice touch and so is the chocolates at night. Highly recommend this hotel

The property was beautiful and right on the beautiful San Sebastián beach. We had a great balcony, however we were overlooking construction so we never actually used it.

Stunning view of La Concha beach from the balcony. A little outdated but still very nice. Had one small misunderstanding with a reception person about parking, but everyone else was very very nice.

This was a wonderful place to stay when visiting San Sebastian. The hotel itself was great. Our room had double balconies overlooking the ocean. We spent a lot of time having cocktails in their nice bar and everyone we came in contact wt was willing to go the extra mile to take care of us. We loved walking the boardwalk during the day and walking to town in the evening. Perfect place!!!!

EXCELENTE HOTEL, GREAT LOCATION ANS STAFF

This is a great hotel with the best location. The views from the room over the beach is magnificent. Service at the hotel is good. Breakfast is very good, although expensive. Don't expect a chair in your balcony - it is more a small passage to walk out on. Still views can be enjoyed.

True 4 star hotel in prime location at La Concha. We had three adjacent rooms facing the back (not the beach) but with generously sized patios which we loved. The beds are huge (seemed bigger than a King) and we loved the large marble bathrooms with large showers. Hotel has a nice bar and restaurant facing La Concha and you’re right in the action. While the hotel offers offsite parking note that you need to book it with them in advance and get a confirmation back. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Your concierge was the best I have ever seen -- she went out of her way to help us with impossible reservations and was always friendly, available and effective. The rest of your staff were also TOP NOTCH and always friendly, eager to help and willing to go the extra mile. They helped make our trip super special

A lovely property in an incredible location. Be sure to request an ocean view room as he view of Playa La Concha from our 6th story room was likely one of the best in the world! The hotel was clean and the service was good. The two other stand outs are the marvelous, extremely large bed with an incredible mattress and the recently renovated bathrooms. Love this place and will definitely return!

We love this hotel! We had a beautiful view of the beach! Staff were nice! Walkable distance to old town, restaurants etc! Just lovely!

Amazing hotel

Only stayed one night but room had breathtaking views of La Concha beach. Had a coffee in the terrace overlooking the beach and breakfast on our last day. All was top notch. Plan to return.

Best location. Room are confortable (a little bit small but ok) If I ever go back to San Sebastián this will be my choice.

love the location and friendliness of the staff. it would have been great if they had free water and coffee in the rooms. also they didnt inform us about the construction in front of the hotel and our rooms view was a construction site, not very appealing.

Amazing location. Direct access to the beach walk. Beautifully appointed, sun filled room. We had a beach facing balcony with a panoramic view of La Concha Beach. Lots of mirrors in the room which enhanced the sunlight. Property had the very gentle fragrance in the air which makes you feel welcomed & relaxed.

We have a particular perspective about this hotel just because we were moving from a terrible hotel experience at a different hotel to this one. It felt like heaven in earth. Rooms were super clean, AC was working perfectly, rooms are spacious, breakfast room is a delight and food was delicious. The character of the hotel is something to quiet because I loved the heritage. I know some reviews have mentioned the hotel is aging, but that is different to say it is not well taken care of. On the contrary, the years on this hotel have turned into a jewel that is well preserved and provides a lovely feeling. Location is perfect as you are 5 mins away from the fun but hectic day & nightlife of Old Town, and also meters away from the beach and sea wall, as well as shops and other great restaurants. Staff as cordial and service was impeccable

Beautiful hotel with excellent service in the best location in the city. Our room was beautiful with huge outdoor space and view of the beach. Granted, you gotta get pay for that but was relatively reasonable. Service was consistently friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant and bar were great, but the location is perfectly situated to walk to tons of great places.

Great location, rooms, lobby, lounge area need to be refreshed at this price range. Our bathrooms was updated nicely. There is no valet, figuring out parking was a hassle. Amazing staff, and location!

Great room on the 4th floor with an ocean view. Surprised that a hotel of this stature did not have an exercise room.

Fantastic Hotel! Right on the beach this is the Grand hotel in town. The rooms are perfect. The staff excellent. Walkable to everything. Can’t say enough about the experience.

Friendly welcome. Very nice spacious rooms that were well appointed. Location is excellent with the old town only a few minutes walk away.

This is an aging hotel with sullen and unhelpful staff. But, it’s in a great location.
