Welcome service - not so welcoming - could not care less upon our arrival!
Had been at The Hotel several times and therefore chose The Hotel (and the breakfast) because the breakfast area is really cosy which was essential during a weekend stay. Due to many guest (I guess) the breakfast was relocated to a un-interested ballroom - very disappointing!

Our room at the 21st floor had, in addition to a great view, a very comfortable bed and also the minibar had some free items. The cleaning lady was always smiling and helpful and our room were always cleaned properly. Delicious breakfast. Good restaurants nearby.

We had an incredible stay at The Hotel! Our room on the 23rd floor offered breathtaking views of the city. The lounge was a perfect spot to relax with snacks and drinks. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety to choose from. Highly recommend!

Overall a decent hotel for the price but nothing particularly impressive. We upgraded to a Deluxe Panorama and were a bit disappointed that that did not give us access to the Panorama Lounge.
Rooms are a bit cramped without a separate bathroom so the room feels a bit stuffy for 2 and all sounds carry throughout the room (your showers and bathroom breaks are very audible to your travel partner).

The hotel is located in an area with high end fashion stores but limited eating choices. It is a 70m walk to a metro but requires a change train to get to the centraal or airport stations.
The rooms are good and clean and provide free beverage items. The premiom lounge upstairs is available during the day with limited drink choices but has snacks and some spirits added between 5 and 8pm.
We would probably stay there again.

The hotel was fine, about 20 minute walk from grand place, but you have to pay €50 desposit when you arrive at the hotel which you receive back in 3 working days.... im still wanting for it to return... after 4 days i have no hope

Really great stay. Hotel location, facilities were first class. The view from our hotel was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here. The spa and gym had excellent city views as well.

This hotel becomes old. Furnitures damaged. Not matching a 4 stars hotel at all. I travel a lot in 4 or 5 stars hotel and this one is definitely not in those categories. Service is poor. And management changed for the worse. No more concierge to help you with luggage. Self checkin to permit a reduction of workers.

The restaurant is fantastic. Highly recommend the grilled prawns and ribeye.
The lounge has stunning views. Do yourself favor and book a room which includes lounge access. It’s worth every penny!

Hotel was good and next to a lot of expensive shops. However, remember your adapter as it is EU only!

Enjoyed the stay here overall and would recommend because the location is excellent and this is generally a nice hotel. Received a lower rating because the parking garage was full and staff did little to help with situation. If you have a car make sure to either check ahead or be prepared to use city parking.

The panamora suite was an incredible room, offering a spectacular view of the city. Super sized shower and bathroom. There was never a wait at the front desk, there were always several people there to help and greet you. The bar/restaurant staff were also superb in their service and attentiveness.

We had a wonderful stay at The Hotel. There was some mix-up with our booking, but the staff was very professional and did their best to help us.
Anne, the hotel manager, surprised us and upgraded our room to a beautiful suite overlooking the city due to the delay in check-in. They didn’t need to do that, but all of the staff we encountered were very kind. Thank you, again!
I typically don’t do reviews, but I would highly recommend the stay there, as it is a very clean, quiet hotel in a safe area, close to public transport, and walking distance to many sites, shopping, and restaurants. The staff, as mentioned above, went above and beyond and made our stay in Brussels a memorable one.

My friend and I stayed for one night and had a great experience. The receptionists were very helpful with accommodating for our needs, as well as giving us recommendations for restaurants in the area. The room was way bigger than we expected and everything was super clean and modern. The view was also amazing from our room!

The Hotel looks nice, but unfotunately they dont have space to handle their guests. 15-20 min waiting time if you wants breakfast. Or as they said why dont you just eat breakfast later today, or you can pay extra and get room service. Especially amased by the offer to pay fully again for breakfast in the room. Or even better if you skip breakfast we will give you a late check out!! But you have paid for the breakfast so we will keep the payment.
I have worked in 13 different countries, travelling quite frequently, and have never experienced something like this. The Hotel itself is nice, but if you care about your morning coffee or breakfast before your meetings in Brussels, find a better hotel

Very comfortable, clean room. All but one member of staff at the front desk were helpful and welcoming. Great views from my room on 17 floor, very good location. Will stay again.
