It had been a long time since I had stayed here and I had a wonderful time.
The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the view from the restaurant was fantastic, and the front desk staff were friendly.
The price is higher than the hotels in the area, but I am glad I chose this hotel.

Great hotel in a superb location. Surrounded by popular attractions, shopping malls, restaurants and near main train station. Standard room is a little small. Lobby could add a weighing scale for luggage. Pool lock is not on time. We stayed 3 nights and were fed same boring breakfast everyday. More cleaning staff needed instead of discouraging guests to clean their rooms. Overall a worthy stay.

The pool was closed. This was the main reason I booked the hotel. No prior notice was given.

Parking space is tricky and narrow for bigger vehicles. Room was tidy and had the necessities. The shower pressure could have been better, there was some dust in the coffee cups. Breakfast was lovely and you have a wide choice of restaurants near by.

Overall my stay was good. I liked the pool as it was great to do laps. I found the breakfast a bit disappointing. The scrambled eggs were awful. They had no selection of coffee ( no decaf, lattes or cappuccino). Also as a non meat eater, they didn’t have much variety of cheeses to select from. The porridge was very good as well as berry compote

It was a very nice stay. All staff was very helpful and accommodating.
Easy walking distance to National museums, central railway station, central bus hub, variety of restaurants and shopping centres.
Good quality breakfast (included).
Bed was super comfortable!

There were flush waters running from upper floors right behind the wall, and the noise started 5 am, when the first customers woke up upstairs. There were no way to be able to sleep. Very annoying considering the price of the hotel!!

Got a midsummer teamed room with views over Kampi square. It was lovely. The hotel was clean and cozy. Breakfast was good. Overall a great stay!

Lovely, clean and quiet hotel. Great location, easy to move around Helsinki and near the railwaystation. Bed's and pillows were great, not too soft. I am gluten intolerant and had lot of options at breakfast, lovely dessert options!
Quick WiFi work working and meetings at the room.
Only - is that sauna was at quite mild temperature. But that is just a matter of opinnion :D.

Good location right in the city center. Good facilities with pool, sauna and gym. The breakfast could be a little better, but it was decent. Well kept hotell with nice rooms and Finnish-inspired decorations. Would book again another time.

Good location. Centrally located and convenient to trains, trams. Decent breakfast. Staff is friendly and professional. It is showing its age in some areas but pretty well maintained. Would go back.

Our stay was very middle of the road - there was a long line for check-in with paper check-in forms, breakfast was a very cheap buffet with large crowds and very few local items, the bar had poor drink options and service. On the positive side, the hotel is centrally located and the rooms appear to be somewhat recently remodeled (albeit with cheap outdoor-type carpet).

Near a running path which was great plus the location was superb- near the sights, train station, shops etc. My only complaint would be the pool was cold (but sauna was right there) and could have been a bit cleaner. But overall I’d stay here again given the location, staff/service and facilities!
