Excellent service,breakfast and closer to the City. Room was perfect for a gamily stay with children. Easily accessible. Friendly staff.

Very comfortable hotel with a great location and decent price. My hotel room was big and comfortable for a family of 4. Bunk beds completed the space for my kids.

This is a lovely hotel - unique and quirky. We loved the facilities and the area. The staff at reception were lovely and very helpful, meeting customers with a smile. Reception deserves a 5 star rating. However, breakfast was a different experience. I was advised to speak to the breakfast staff directly about my daughters' allergies. This proved quite a challenge. I explained my daughters' allergies and asked for advice on what breakfast was available to her (she can't eat from a buffet or continental style breakfast due to potential cross-contamination). I was told she could have cornflakes with soya milk - this was fine after asking for oat milk instead. I then asked about the breads to see if any of these were suitable and if some bread could be brought from the kitchen. She brought out a plate of bread that contained one of the allergens (my daughter is anaphylactic so this could have been serious). I tried to get the bread changed but it took so long to get a staff member's attention - 4 staff members were stacking sandwiches into a fridge at the same time.. We eventually got sorted but breakfast could have been so much nicer with a little customer service. For example, bacon was available. My daughter would have loved some bacon with her baguette (from the kitchen). If the breakfast staff could learn the allergens in each food and work with us. this would be an all-round 5 star rating for this hotel.

Good value for money and a nice friendly hotel. I might go back again, considering that I am often in Brussels for work. It is very well located.

It was great to have a private parking garage with a handicapped space and large elevator! This was really important to us!

I was pretty surprised at the quality of the room and the service/staff level with this price range. The room was clean and the design was very pretty. When I checked in the room I noticed the AC is not working, so I went to the reception and told about that. The receptionist immediately prepared me a upgrated (!) room with no additional cost so that was a really good deal. When I moved the upgraded room, a dog was barking (and kept barking for about 2 hours) in a room next to my room. Then the same receptionist came to my room and offered me another room that is far from the room with barking dog. That was a very kind offer and I was very surprised how quickly they take actions. For the room cleanness, I am a neat freak so everytime I stay at somewhere I really worry about if the room (especially bathroom) is clean enough. Regarding this hotel, you don't need to worry about it at all. The hotel overall is very clean and tidy. I really want to reccomend this hotel but 1 negative point is, there is no slope at the entrance so if you are carrying heavy luggage, you have to lift it.
