Meh... Decent enough for a one night stay but I wouldn't write home about it. Outdated and band-aids everywhere to mask holes and such.

Not so good. That place need to be renovated. While I was there, I saw a small cockroach. There were some missing racks in the bathroom for the towels. There were only 2 pillows

This place checked all my boxes, price, ample parking, location, fridge and microwave in room, large rooms and no problem checking in early at 10:30am Right across from cruise ship port.
Downside is rooms are in rough condition. But clean. You want nice stay at Crown Plaza across street for 5X the price.

Very pleasant checkin experience when we arrived after dark. The property is older and our room was huge by today’s standards. The room had been freshly painted but the bathroom is definitely showing the property’s age.our bed was very comfortable and the pillows just right! Location to ship terminal is an easy walk along the boardwalk across the road.

It had German cockroaches, baby ones in bathroom and sink. It had graffiti on wall in bathroom. Glob of hair on wall in bathroom too. It was old and dirty!! I have picture if needed!! Never again will I stay there! Horrible horrible horrible!!

This location should be removed from hotels.com, horrendous location. Not only is it well overdue a refurbishment but the room has not been cleaned for a significant amount of time. Graffiti on wall. Carpets and hard floors dirty. Cigarette butt and old soap on bathroom floor. If there was another option we would have left immediately.
Shoes on on floor and flip flops in shower. No clean surface outside of the bed linen.

Overall, it was acceptable for the price. The rooms are quite large ans i like the floors, No Carpets! It was old and needed much repairs. Location to dining and cruise port was excellent.

The check in was a breeze. Cleanliness of the room was average. There were stains on the carpet. The smoke detector was missing. The electrical outlet by the lamp did not work. There was no remote for the TV. The shower curtain was torn. The AC worked excellent and the bed was comfy.

While the staff was very helpful and friendly the room we stayed in #103, was in major need of help. Very loose door knobs, broken lights, leaking condensation unit that made puddles on the tile floor, the shower head was made for a 4 foot person, the shower needs to be resurfaced badly as it may have been cleaned but you would never know that, shower curtain rod was ready to fall down etc. the patio had broken patio chairs, several bricks were missing on the ground causing big holes for someone to get really hurt, pool was not filled, and dirty table. Location to the ports was perfect however. Put some money in this place and the owners could make it a gold mine!

My hotel stay. The view of the cargo shipscwas the best. This hotel needs a serious update from furniture to bathroom sink. The tv was most upgraded part of the room and the a/c worked great. They are trying but itsxa work in progress. This place is fine for one night after all its just to shower and sleep.

It was bad they were bugs in the bed the pillows have stains the title on the floor are cracked the a/c barely worked the tub was dirty charged for parking in the lobby was a man looked homeless was asleep I wouldn’t tell anybody about this place ever

It needs upgrades, air conditioner leaks when in use, curtains need replacing, shower door does not keep water in the shower, all wet. Looks nicer on the outside.

Property is old and tired, carpets through the main areas dirty, in my room one of the two taps missing dirty under sinks, rust on shower rails , no hot water when trying to have a showers , swimming pool no water just leaves. Not the most secure front roof to room old yellow lighting….gals I just stayed their one night - $10 to park , potential to be a really swanky boutique hotel wasted.

The exterior was nice. The interior needs some TLC. Pool and jacuzzi were not open. It was worth the price we paid and booked for next year as well.

Guy at the front desk was nice enough and the bed sheets were probably laundered.

This place smells terrible! All through the hallways, elevators and room smell moldy and are humid. We slept on top of the blankets and waited to shower until we got on the ship. If you’re desperate and need something overnight while waiting to board your cruise ship. The staff was friendly but we didn’t contact them other than checking in and out.

The room had a terrible smell. The carpet was filthy. There was a big bug in the shower in the middle of the night. There was no water they say they have a pool but It’s empty. The towels and linen smelled terrible. The only thing good about my room was the view.

Bad condition of room- no bathroom fan, no working a/c, locks on bathroom and conjoint room were not working. Parking was very difficult to find.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a terrible experience. Both rooms we rented were dirty, with dead bugs on the floor and mosquitos all over. The walls and ceilings were stained, and the bathroom fixtures were rusted. One room had a TV that didn't work, and the other had non-functional plugs. The doors were damaged and didn't close properly. Overall, it was an extremely unpleasant stay.

For the price of the room, I just feel like it wasn’t really worth it. The bathroom was really dirty, including the bathtub and didn’t look sanitizer or anything, but the staff and everything was very very wonderful!

Do not book here. Completely falling apart, holes in the walls, mysterious finger print stains in the ceilings, broken furniture. The beds only had two flats sheets on it. The bedding was clean. Smelt off in room. Bath room was just wild. Spray paint under the sink. No toiletries. Also not a great neighborhood but that’s not the hotels fault.

There was a moldy fridge in it but aside from that the AC and the customer service was good and i think my bed might have had a bug. The view and the area around the property is nice with plenty of views and a beautiful town with plenty of food and places to explore
