I cannot recommend this hotel. Staff: unhelpful and uninformed. False advertising: the table tennis and billiards indicated in their pictures are non-existent. Hidden charges for activities like tennis, sauna. It's in the middle of nowhere, which is nice until you try to book a dinner since it is the only place around - we tried for three nights, never could get a place, were made to feel that we were unimportant since we didn't book a package with dinner (didn't know we had to to get a meal in their restaurant). Place seems mismanaged and worn out. I could go on... Rooms were a decent size though.

The receptionist guided us to a wrong direction and the next day we found out that we can park our car close to the hotel room. During the check-in we had 2 huge suitcases with us and it rained hard, so we couldn’t understand why the receptionist was not being helpful. The room was clean, however, all Fletcher hotels have overdue maintenance in all their rooms, it is no longer like before, they are now overvalued and price and quality ratio don't match. We’ve stayed in 5 different Fletcher hotels during our holiday in the Netherlands. The breakfast was good and has diversity with fresh breads and spreads.

One of the few properties with multiple pools, large gym, excellent location for cycling. The only downside was breakfast didn't begin until 7:30am during the week which is late for those like me that have to work. Weekends it goes to 8am which again is too late for someone like me who needs to work Saturday.

The hotel was very quiet and in a nice green environment. The warm water was inconsequent and the waterpressure was low.

In the middle of no where took 15 mins to find my room in spite of poor directions from the receptionist. Room was dirty

I explicitly booked wheelchair accessible accommodation through Expedia, with the a wheel-in shower. when I arrived, I was informed that they only had one such room, and it had been fully booked for the whole summer. They informed me that they were not asked for accessible accommodation for me! I was offered another room, but found that it had a step up to the door, and I was not able to access it. I was eventually given a room I could get into with much difficulty, but without accessible shower or toilet. The following day, a makeshift ramp was constructed so that I could get into the other room. The bedroom had more space, but the en-suite facilities were a struggle, and I could not use the shower or bath. The parking area, dining room, reception etc, were some distance from my room (it is not a hotel as such, more like a holiday village), making it even less suitable. I would like to know where the booking went wrong. You sent me confirmation that my requirements were available.

Tranquil in the middle of the National Park idea for a get away to rest, relax and recouperate.

Very pleasing hotel, room we had was a bit small but it was cosy, the wifi worked well, we found the restaurant a little expensive but good considering. Plenty of facilities,tennis court, volleyball, gym, indoor pool and sauna, small bowling alley, all very good while we stayed. Staff were helpful. Nice relaxing retreat. Would stay again for sure.

Unfortunately, the check in service drops the overall rating. Despite prepaying via hotels.com for a family of four, the clerk stated I did not. Even after showing my reservation details the clerk went on to discuss with 2 colleagues on how to handle the situation. They discussed that every reservation from Expedia is a problem for them. Every little item had a surcharge.

the rooms was clean and we had een pleasant time we arrived every day at 17 and styed for 1 hour , came back at 21 hours and slept we left at 7 hour s

The hotel is mid-priced, but there was an air of cheapness throughout our stay - starting with an option to "rent" a tea kettle for an extra 5 euro a day, to the extremely basic breakfast for which they normally charge around 16euro a person.

Lovely hotel - I was staying in a small block with only three rooms in it. Very quiet.

Beautiful surroundings. Great staff. Amazingly fresh breakfast. Multiple facilities, do as much or as little as you like!! Only small down was supplement of 5.00 Euro per day for kettle / tea/coffee.

It was very pleasant stay we had for the two night, we rented the ebikes however, it rained heavily on the first day(not the hotel's fault) me and my wife were soaked top to bottom, we got back to the hotel had a nice hot shower and proceeded with our dinner in the hotel. The meals in the restaurant are great. The next day we got the all inclusive deal with the hotel which covers the 3meal and a little snack at 5-5:30 and coffee and tea all day long. Oh also look for the wild bunny that hangs out around the hotel!!

This is perfect if you do not want to be disturbed by the noise of people enjoying themselves into the evening. It is a way to walk if you have difficulty walking. The building we stayed in has tiny rooms which are so arranged that you can only access one side of the double bed - it has no light over the bed and was tired and a bit shabby. If I wanted to make it a destination, the room would be disappointing but the food and ambiance in the bar/brasserie were excellent, assisted by charming staff and a lovely fire. If you stayed for a while, you can hire bikes, swim and play bowls. There are also other outdoor pursuits which look like a lot of fun. Although the room was small and in need of TLC, it was very good value for money and, for us, an excellent stop over on our way from the Baltic to Hool of Holland. We would consider using this hotel again.

The hotel made a mistake and immediately after booking charge us for our all staying. After I complained to hotel.com web site,the hotel bring me back the cost of the order. but due to exchange rate Difference of the euro I lost money. One night stay on way to assen excellent hotel good facilities (swimming pool sauna etc) nice area for walking cycling and plenty of space for kids to play

This hotel is in a beautiful country park location midway between Arnhem and Appeldoorn. The restaurant was very good for dinner and breakfast and as an alternative the bar menu was more than adequate. The bar was comfortable and the service was excellent. The hotel focusses on sports activities of which there are many and football training camps seem to be a speciality. The accommodation we were in was a large block and was very spartan. The rooms were small and very basic and expected items such as tea/ coffee makers were extra. The spiral stairs are very difficult when carrying bags. Other accommodation may be different and the hotel website does not adequately explain the standard of accommodation. This is A real shame as everything else was of a good standard.

stay was ok. The night I stayed in the room it was very hot so started with the fan on. When I wen to sleep, I was NOT able to turn off the fan so didn't get much sleep. I tried to call reception but they couldn't get someone to have a look at it!!!
