Everything was perfect from check in to check out!

I walked to get into bed and hit my right ankle with a sharp metal bar under the bed. My ankle is swollen and it hurts when I walk. I informed the front desk at check out and was informed to call you and get a refund and they will approve it since I have a picture of the bar and injury.

Room was just being made up when I checked in.
Posted check in was 3:00 pm. I checked in at around 4:00.
One table lamp was broken, totally unusable.
Room was “okay”. Not was represented in the photos.

The property is run down. I stayed there 15 years ago and it looks as crummy now as it did then. Two stays over two weeks. Second room the sink is so wide that one cannot sit on the toilet without turning to the side. Mattress worn out - felt like you were sleeping on the box spring. Do yourself a favor and find alternate lodging.

Satisfied with every aspect of our visit other than the "Hot Tub" listed. The jets and heat for the "hot" tub did not work, so basically it was merely a small swimming pool.

We rented 3 rooms. One of the rooms had candy under the mattress, dead fly on the picture frame on the wall and a live spider. When asked if we could change that room, it was not possible. We were told if we had booked directly it would have coated $109 as opposed to the $276 for EACH room we were charged because we booked through Expedia. In addition, the rugs in all 3 rooms were stained and in the breakfast area, there were 10 tables, but only 7 chairs. Our party of 6 ate in shifts. Also, the washer and dryer were out of order and there was no bar soap. When we asked at the desk, we were given shampoo. We have been on a motorcycle trip for over 2 weeks and this was the most expensive hotel and the worse experience. Overall, very disappointed particularly with the pricing through Expedia.

There is nothing unique about the property. Everything is pretty outdated. They ha e ac but it doesn't work very well. The continental breakfast was gross. The staff was friendly and helpful.

My driver broke down and they were easy to book and close. I was glad it work out well.

No air conditioning in room, receptionist tried to reset unit. Did not work. Hotel was full and they could not change out room. Did not offer us a fan or any other options to help. Sheridian was in a heat wave. Just felt they could be more helpful. Hotel dated and a little dirty. Morning staff was rude and not helpful. Even staff a little better. I would not stay again.

No elevator; no help accommodation for handicap. Air conditioner was very old and loud. Took forever to cool. Food for breakfast tasteless

The room was a normal hotel room. A rounded shower rod had been added to the bathroom and every time we opened the bathroom door we banged it into the rod. Would be nice if a door hinge with a stopper was added to prevent the door and rod from crashing. Breakfast options were fine but the dining area is really small for the size of the hotel.

Very comfortable beds, pillows and room. Highly recommend the room itself. Breakfast was average, however, and don’t expect there to be any hot food if you show up toward the end of the breakfast time frame.

The pool, which appears to really be a large sauna, was out of service. The hotel room was alright in general but the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned and there was a long time dust clump in the corners. The bottom of the tub looked black stained and my child was scared to shower in it. The hotel is older and has seen better days. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent. I had no worries about my vehicle in the parking lot at that location. Aside from some of my issues, it was an ok place for the money. Personally though, on next visit I’ll be paying a bit more for a nicer place.

The air conditioner was broken, the fridge was broken, the tv didn’t work, the desk lamp was inop because there wasn’t an outlet available, the bathroom fan squeal when turn on, the staff did what they were told and that they couldn’t help. On a positive note maintenance did replace the air conditioner

The room was dirty and stunk very bad in to of being will over price.

The shower in the room I had had poor water pressure. I had to hold the lever on the spout for at least 10 seconds to build up pressure for the shower head to work. Also, the hot and cold on shower were backwards and you had to turn it just right to shut off the water. Could be an issue for elderly or kids.

The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfadt was fine.
The rooms need some basic maintenance. The door to the outside had been forced open do many times that you could not lock it. You literally could push the door open with one finger and no way to lock it. We shoved the chair in front of yhe door.

We chose this hotel for the pool/jacuzzi only to get there to find out that area was closed. We loved that we had an outside and inside door to access our room. Very clean hotel and was given maid service without asking for it.

Carmen at check in was awesome. Provided detailed local dining options when most motels provide little to nothing. When traveling and very tired at checkin most motels just say " get in your car- its not far" They are clueless how exhausted this traveler is after 9 hours on the road.

Ok hotel. Advertised as having a pool. It’s more like an oversized hot tub and it was broken. Paid extra for a hotel with a hot tub for nothing. Due to booking through Expedia the hotel couldn’t offer any discount.

The Choice properties are usually predictably nice and comfortable with good beds. BUT Expedia should not advertise one with a picture of hot food, and neither should Choice: the only hot thing was waffles - not the pictured eggs and meat. We chose Quality Inn based on those pics. We found they had re-designed the floor plan to eliminate the buffet and the normal wall pictures of food that we have previously seen at Choice Properties. I hope this isn't a franchise choice, to stop serving hot food!!

Expedia shows this hotel as "pet friendly" but does NOT disclose the $20 per day fee for having a pet in the room. This is hidden fee. I called the hotel about the charge to my credit card, they told me its their pet fee, and they told me they had contacted Expedia and asked them to disclose the fee so it appears to be Expedia's fault. This addiitonal fee is something everyone needs to know about in choosing a hotel, so it is clearly something Expedia needs to disclose with no further delay. With upcoming legislation, they are going to have to disclose hidden fees or pay fines, which I hope will become a policy that is enforced for the traveller's benefit.
