It was thoroughly impressed! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. My room was immaculate, featuring modern decor and a stunning view. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend the Double Tree Hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Great staff and service! Rooms are clean and quiet. Bar staff, Bonnie and Melissa are top notch and very friendly and professional.

Our stay was great. Easy drive to downtown, property overall very clean, room was very neat and clean. Only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars was because there's no microwave in any rooms. They want you to eat in their expensive dinning room. Still a great choice for a motel.

There is no breakfast buffet. Instead you can $18 per person to eat in the dinner or go to the bistro where they have a very limited selection of breakfast items at rather expensive prices. Also most of the fitness room equipment is in poor condition and our showers leaked water to the bathroom floor.

Really enjoyed our stay. So close to south side and downtown (13 min drive) for the price we much prefer staying here with free parking and just driving into town. We will be back.

This stay was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had outside maybe a fleabag motel 6. They were actually totally renovating the place. After 6 am there was just unbelievable amounts f noise. Talking to a staff was just a time consuming mess. The front desk manned by one person took lover a half hour only to be told to call back and talk to someone else. Then because of renovations the carpet made me fall and ruin the entire reason I drove 13 hours to Pittsburgh. The general manager actually decided to make me pay for this awful visit. It is going to make me rethink ever staying at another doubletree or any Hilton property again. It should never be hit and miss at a property charging close to $300 a night especially in a crappy area.

The staff is friendly. Everything is clean. Breakfast was great, there are options of having an omelet or waffle made for you.
The swimming pool(s) is fantastic! You can swim indoor and continue to the outdoor!
All around it was a fantastic get away!

I found it easy to get to my daughter’s house from the property.

It was a great hotel. Overnight desk attendants were funny and very helpful with regards to foods open after hours. I would recommend this hotel to a friend or family member.

This hotel is at a great location and easy to get to. It is very clean and well kept. The room was perfect. The staff is friendly and attentive. There is a cafe that stays open until 10 PM , which is an added plus. The part that caught my attention is the two adjoining pools! It is the coolest!! You can swim inside or swim into the outside pool! I had a fantastic stay and will be back again!

Great older hotel that is starting to show age. Im sure in the 90's this place was top of the line, however now it's showing some ware here and there. No issues, and a fine place to stay indoor and outdoor joined pools are pretty cool. Nice business area as well. Easy to hop into Pittsburgh as well.

We stay here everytime we visit our daughter.
Had alittle trouble parking in the back because of mass stacked mattresses. No problem!!

The room was comfortable and clean. The dining area was not very clean, many tables needed to be bused. The employees seating and checking on customers in the dining area were friendly. There was one assistant manager on the day we checked in that was very nice and friendly and she smiled. The others at the check-in desk didn't seem as eager to help or friendly. Nor did they offer any restaurants or activities in the area when asked. Also this property didn't have a business center which would have been very helpful when we had to deal with flight cancelations and rebooking.

Very nice hotel with great staff. Public spaces are starting to show their age and need a good deal of TLC. Our biggest complaint was the elevator situation. One elevator was down in our tower. The one we used was very slow - something that could likely be adjusted with some programming changes (door opened very slowly and stayed open an abnormal amount of time). We found ourselves waiting an inordinate amount of time for the elevator every time we used it.

First they hit you with a 250 dollars charge that you get back. Then the elevators stop working no personal tells us there are other elevators that take you to your floors. The service in bistro by one employee was horrible she couldn’t handle taking order that helping another customer wait was long if you had 3 people on line in front of you
