Every room has an incredible view right on the ocean! great location steps from the beach and retail. The staff was very helpful and the room was nicely updated and very clean.

Nice view of the sunset over the ocean from your own room / patio. Large patio with room for 2 beach lounges, a dining table with 4 chairs, and 2 sitting chairs with a coffee table! Enjoyed eating dinner from our room patio watch sunseting, pounding waves, and swaying palm trees.

Great place to stay with family. Easy beach access with beautiful ocean views. If we come back to Maui, we’ll stay at this place again. Thank you

The staff were so nice and attentive, the property is well maintained including all the amenities. The room with the oceanview is absolutely stunning and the beds were all so comfortable. I cannot recommend enough this property and we are already planning to visit again in a few months. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

Unbeatable view and location. The beach next door the hotel was nice and we saw lots of turtles. Several restaurants and food trucks within walking distance. Only complaint is our kitchen/bathroom had cockroaches despite pest control spraying during our stay and we did not leave any food/products out.

The view from the room was amazing. We could see sea turtles all the time. The condo was very clean and nice. The only negative I’d say is the pool is really small- although we were there for the ocean, so it didn’t matter so much for us. And the building overall is older. But a lot of renovations are done, you can still tell in certain areas. I am very picky about hotels and We would definitely go back. Also- the concierge was amazing and so helpful.

Great ocean front views, near boardwalk and beaches

It was a beautiful piece of property with everything you’d want.

It’s all about the views and friendly staff. But if you’re looking for a modern place with lots of amenities, this isn’t it. Clean but a bit worn room, with nice kitchen and gorgeous views. First night we were put in an upgraded room with a very musty odor, this was resolved the next day. We unfortunately then had lots of noise from some upstairs neighbors. Great family spot with incredible views but probably would look elsewhere for more consistent room options in the future.

This property does not have some of the amenities of the larger resorts, but what it does have is the most excellent view of any hotel I stayed in on the Hawaiian islands. From our room and its balcony, we could watch the sea turtles swim by, see dolphins and rays, and just enjoy the waves. The view is absolutely amazing. We had easily room for 5 in our two bedroom. The suite had the needed kitchen tools and appliances (most in pretty good condition), and the beds were comfortable. Nice, but small, pool (deep). Easy parking for one vehicle only. Close to a grocery and snorkel rental place, and walkable to one nearby restaurant. Overall, highly recommend.

Our stay at the Aston Mahana was great. The unit we were in was beautiful with a breathtaking view of the ocean. We saw turtles daily! The property itself was nice with a pool and hot tub and it was very well kept. The location was nice. The beach in front of the property was not swimmable due to the coral but all it took was a short walk down the beach to a swimmable area. The location was nice with food trucks nearby, a grocery store and many other shopping options. Also, a quick 5 minute drive to whalers village with upscale restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful stay and trip!

Absolutely loved our stay here! So spacious, clean and a great location.

All the room have ocean view. My room have a small full equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Even though there is no daily room cleaning service and fresh towels, but they do provide unlimited laundry detergent, so I just popped the towels in the washer/dryer daily, it's not bad. I do find the room lighting inadequate because the bathroom and vanity lighting was too bright and harsh, there is no night light for the hallway to bathroom. The lighting in the bedroom/dining area is too dark. The kitchen area is also too bright. Maybe the changing for softer bulbs can change the lighting at kitchen and bathroom. I like it cuz I can sit on my balcony and take in the view and enjoy a drink or food. The beach is right outside the building. I enjoy my morning walk on the beach. There are grocery stores and restaurants and food trucks in 5 minutes walking distance. One of the Jazz Java restaurant offers breakfast and coffee services as early as 6am. We dine there once, the food is great and went to get coffee on the go almost daily. Definitely give Starbucks the run for the money. I enjoy my stay there, all the staffs are nice. I will come stay here again. This is my first time in Maui and do not know there are a lot of micro climate in the island, this property is considered on the north west of the island, which is much more windy and has more rain. When I sleep at night, I can hear very strong wind and ocean waves.

Property was good. Although all 5 days of our visit we had no room service. No towels no cleaning nothing. For the price we paid and for a resort fee we were charged with no amenities at all I think it was a ripoff.

Heaven on earth my wife and I never wanted to leave. Reasonably priced considering the area right on the ocean as well!
