Hotel is clean and tidy, near shopping center, the rooms are spacious, and the service is good. Some employees don't know English and speak only Spanish.

It was very noisy during check in because the lobby bar was packed with partying people. I could barely hear the reception clerk during check-in. Make sure you’re a Marriott rewards member when you go so that you don’t have to pay for Wi-Fi.

Pros - great location, lovely staff, good wifi, okay pool and gym Cons - it’s quite dated and rooms are small with no storage space. It’s advertised as soundproof which isn’t the case, you can clearly hear your neighbours cleaners etc. it’s quite noisy on a Friday and Saturday night enough banging doors to wake you. Cleaning really let this hotel down. The rooms are dusty you have to ask for the room to be cleaned and sheets weren’t changed for the 14 days we were there without us asking. Consistent cleaning related issues - toilet paper not being replaced no towels etc. however when we spoke to management, they did resolve this promptly. Overall a good stay and the reception staff were wonderful it was just let down by cleaning standards.

Property needs some upgrades and the bathrooms are poorly designed.

It was a great experience staying at that Marriott hotel.

Room was a bit dingy for the cost, and the food at the bar was not great and very expensive. And I really don’t understand how it would cost me $30 for a basic continental breakfast being a Bonvoy member?? But a friend traveling with me got it for free because of how he booked the hotel? None of your pricing requirements make sense.

The receptionist was very rude. The vallet girl literally scold me while I took car from her. The pool was super dirty. They said if I have a marriott bonvoy membership(which i have) , wifi is free, still they charged wifi for each device. No microwave oven. This specific branch is below even a 2 star hottel. Please even choose a motel over it

Careful of hidden fees. Didn’t realize I was paying for parking when I booked. Good barley service though. Beds comfortable. Pool great. Front desk help was nice (but Peter was snobby towards me).

TV was not working
