Was in town with my grandson everything was good. Good location for us as far as entertainment easy access for all the plans we made for the stay.everythimg looked and felt clean and orderly. Parking was good

We stayed as part of a girls trip for 3 nights. Close to everything. Spotless. Grwat parking. Comfortable beds. Room made up daily. My second time staying here and still SO impressed. Mack was behind the counter when I checked in and when I needed something on my last night and he was incredibly kind and helpful!

excellent service from check-in clerks and employee in the bar/restaurant. I rated eco-friendly only average because the hot water was extremely hot. A waste of energy and money.

A great stay, the Hotel has everything ones need for a business trip.

The stay its self was nice. Not too far from the train station. Close to other attractions. There is a restaurant in the building that has 3.2 Stars. So we didn’t even try it. And I’d say the breakfast, which we paid $8 each for, was very telling about the quality of food. Worst powdered eggs I’ve ever had.
However, the evening clerk was amazing, fast, efficient, relatable, flexible and kind. I’d stay there again to work with him.

The room was much smaller than I expected. Not much room for being in the room after the usual 2 beds, dresser, chairs, etc. I left an item behind, and offered to pay to have it shipped back. I called in the evening after I arrived at home, and was told I would have to call the next day to speak to a manager, as the employee didn’t know the log in to their I left my stuff behind site…$8 breakfast was the same continental breakfast as other hotels offer at no charge-cold eggs, weird meat sausage, cold French toast, waffles, juice machine, cold cereal, toast/bread, prepackaged muffins, etc.

The staff was great, the room was nice, the elevator was an issue. It apparently breaks down every weekend and that is not cool. You have 2 elevators and both were broken down. The attached restaurant was not anything to write home about either. We were not impressed with the smokehouse. I can’t say enough about you day and evening staff the really rocked it. Literally the best I’ve encountered in all my travels and I travel a lot. Your overnight girl … that’s typical for what we usually encounter. Lazy, won’t come to the counter, those of us checking out at 4 am had to go back to the little room behind the desk to get her. She was back there with head phones on watching something on her phone. Apparently we disturbed her.

Booked adjoining rooms since we we traveling as a family. They “overbooked” and gave the adjoining room away, even though we confirmed twice that we had adjoining rooms. Nothing was done to accommodate or remedy the situation. Put a damper on a family weekend.

Safe. Plumbing is bad in shower. The faucet just spun round and round. Hard to comtrol temperature.

Air conditioner did not work so it was very hot in the room. Hotel did not offer us a new room instead offered us a fan.

In a very convenient location, Four Points is just big enough for comfort, with a competent, attentive staff to ensure a restful place to stay. All the basics are at hand, nicely modern, with essential relaxations of bed, bath, office desk and electronic entertainments, with available public amenities for fitness, meetings and dining and more.

This hotel was good. I had just one issue. There was just one water as a free in the room. Additionally, breakfast was very nice

The only bad thing was the pool was very unclean.

Really nice place to go. The hotel is near many market arround and there is a créé shuttle to go to Mall of America. The people who work there try to help you as much as they can, they are really nice. There is a breakfast you can buy. The rooms are clean and nice. There is a swimming pool and a spa.

Only thing missing was a hot tub. Other than that, the stay was great! I would definitely stay again.

Staff, particularly at the front desk, was quite attuned to my preferences and needs. This engendered confidence that my stay would prove restful, for which I was grateful. I subsequently extended my stay, and would recommend this location to others.

I've stayed in many hotels in Minneapolis, and this is my favorite by far now. Clean, comfortable, beautiful. Great housekeeping staff, a perfectly appointed gym. Quiet and close to everything. The beds were so comfortable!
