A pretty good stay, hampered by absolutely terrible wifi. I thought it may have just been me being in the west tower, but my friend on the opposite side of the complex had the same issue. It constantly dropped, I could barely answer emails. But it’s a great location, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are super nice. I’d stay again if the wifi got taken up a notch!

Check in was smooth and receptionist was very friendly. The room AC was very loud and the bed could’ve used an additional heavy blanket. The front desk person explained that the AC’s were all being upgraded. In the meantime, she couldn’t change my room as they were full but she gave me 10,000 points as a token of an apology.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location near LAX with restaurants and grocery stores close by. Nice pool area. Airport shuttle is a plus!

The room had a terrible smell, like mold or vomit. I tried to contact the front desk to change rooms, but it was after midnight and nobody answered. They had an air filter in the room so the smell wasn't as bad when i slept, but it was noisy so i still couldn't sleep. Also, back sliding glass door would not work. I asked for a discount and hope it will be significant because I couldn't sleep because of the smell. It was better but still there the next morning.

Nice property Parking is criminal and very unorganized!! No pre info that it'd be $50 to park - unethical! Gal at check in gave limited information on the parking lot - how to enter or exit? Not that simple... Worse yet when I left I could not exit - no one told me to keep my key for exiting. #DUMBASABOX - hotel needs to let folks know re the costs and how to exit.

The ac in our room doesn’t work, it’s a bit uncomfortable. Maintenance did bring us 2 fans however it’s still warm.

I kept hearing a dripping sound. Finally, when I looked around, I noticed the air conditioner mounted on the doorway leading into the room was dripping water onto the floor.

The hotel is amazing! The staff is lovely and always super helpful ! The rooms are big and beds incredibly comfortable . The breakfast is just perfect!

So easy to check in and get to our room. Had a great nights sleep. Close to restaurants. Shuttle was very convenient.

Well, first off, our high floor quiet room had a broken motor AC so we had to walk all the way back down to the lobby to get another room key. Second room was not as nice as the first but okay. Breakfast was excellent. Real eggs! Unfortunately when taking the shuttle to the airport, the first couple leaving at Terminal 2 mistakenly took one of our bags. When we got off, I flipped. All my good clothes, jewelry, medicine, toiletry's and electronics etc etc were in there. Fortunately since we were forced to try to check in and leave anyway, TSA paged us to come to them. Evidently the other couple realized they took the wrong bag while going through. It was not the hotel shuttle drivers fault but be aware no matter where you stay, stuff like this can happen. Also, make sure that you not only have your name and address on the bag but your cell #. I spent part of the morning crying and shaking.

All of the staff were very courteous and professional. The room was clean and so were the grounds.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My biggest challenge was the lack of decent internet. As a USA non resident, I had limited cell data for my stay and I had to resort to using it more at this hotel than anywhere else we stayed while in the USA. The included breakfast was adequate. We picked this hotel because of the included shuttle to and from the airport and that service was good. Overall, service from the staff was excellent.

I think the parking is too pricey. Did like the full breakfast “complimentary.”

The AC unit in the room was very loud and the mattress was very firm. Wi-fi was terrible even though there was a wall mounted router that blinked green lights all night.

Second time using this hotel. Initially had a problem with the air conditioner. But the staff did a great job correcting the situation. This will definitely be our go to hotel for LAX.

Front desk staff very friendly, respectful, and pleasant! Kudos to Louie!! Room was very clean. One little problem with bathroom door but Engineering & Maintenance gentleman came by and fixed it. Appreciated the promptness! Overall, enjoyed our stay. Thank you. 😊

I had booked Fairfield LAX, but hotel supervisor informed me that my room was exchanged sister’s hotel. I couldn’t accept it, so I asked him for cancellation, but there was no answer. I didn’t stay, and still can’t contact with him about this matter.

Pros. Convenient to LAX. Airport shuttle efficient. Standard breakfast. Pool looked nice outside but didn’t use. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cons Came in to urine smelling lobby and room was very musty smelling Older building with 3 steps to elevators on each floor One elevator and just fit our family of 3 with luggages.

Had a hard time for the hotel to answer the phone to be picked up. I understand that they were busy with other guest trying to check in. Once they answered the phone and told them where we were according to the instructions received, had to wait for 30 to 45 minutes for the van to show up. Once at the hotel everything went smooth on check in.

Overall service was great. The people at the front desk weee very helpful. My daughter was injured and they helped, let us stay in the room passed check out because of the crazy. The rooms and the hotel need a little face lift, though. Can definitely see the wear and tear.

Quick trip from airport using free shuttle, very friendly staff, places to eat within walking distance, we always felt safe, rooms were decent and it had free breakfast. I would stay here again.

Air conditioning was broken so we were sent to ALoft where their A/C was barely working, room was tiny, the water smelled awful and they were going to charge us an extra $20+ per person for their breakfast buffet (which looked awful).

The service is great and people are nice. Room are clean and there is a good shuttle service. It was a nice stay for us!
