When I checked in I was not charged a deposit I stayed the first day and night then my second day I left and came back that evening and was locked out of my room. I went to the office and was told I have to pay $100 deposit or leave and wouldn't be able to get my stuff out of the room. I had to call my mother in Louisiana to get the money sent to me so I could get back in my room and stay because my mom already had paid for the room for me for 2 nights $145. I don't see how they can get away with doing that after I already stayed the night before. That's not right and I won't be staying there again and will tell everyone about it and they won't stay because if you don't charge the deposit at check in you shouldn't be able to charge it a night and day later. My family has stayed at alot of hotel and they never did this. My mom spends alot of money on rooms because she gets rooms all the time just because and this has never happened and none of us will come to this place again.

floors in room dirty. broken chairs (3) at the pool area, broken ice machines, and spoiled milk both mornings at breakfast. Bad - Bad - BAD.

We always stay at this property. It is close to the ball field. Nice swimming pool. Wendys resurant is in front of the hotel. Rooms are cleaned daily. Comfortable beds.

I love how the concierge is always so welcoming and supportive of every need and request. I appreciate all rooms being non-smoking! Thank you for always allowing an early check-in despite the fee.

The room was clean, the bathroom needed To be scrubbed better. Overall I would definitely Stay there again.

When checking in she was courteous and friendly. We chose this hotel because of the pool. It was clean and we enjoyed it. The room was clean but this building is older and needs a lot of work. Our shower curtain was broken and did not want to hang on the rings because they were all broke. The hangers were broken. Patches on the walls were not done very good. The ice machine was out of order and there were no vending machines. The "hot" breakfast was waffles. Milk for the cereal was left in a dirty pitcher so the milk smelled sour. I would stay here again because of the pool and the room was clean.

It’s a pretty good stay for the weekend. But I’d bring your own pillows and a fan our AC unit did not keep up with the temps outside. I think it was broken.

Room smelt like complete cigarette smoke. When I notified the front desk, he came to check it out with some room spray.. said he “couldn’t smell anything” and “that’s how all the rooms smell”. It was really strong! We travel very often for work and were very disappointed with this hotel & service!

Room smelled of covered up cigarette smoke. Floor was FILTHY and when I complained they sent someone with a wet mop and empty bucket so they didn't really clean anything. NO hot water in the shower. AND to finish my short stay I found a bug crawling on the table in the morning when I woke up. Very nice girl didn't look surprised as I was taking too manager/owner about floor.

I was fairly impressed, typically don’t pick Quality Inns but traveling with another couple that needed a pet friendly place. Being that we did not have a pet, My husband and I had a king bed and our room was in the front of building, opposite side from traffic. Although nothing fancy, the room was very clean and without odor. We had a coffee maker and decent tv stations. Breakfast was fair: cereal, yogurt, bagels, hard boiled eggs (very rubbery), and waffles. If you are looking for a clean safe short night stay, not to bad a choice.

Overall a pleasant stay but when using the heat/air unit the curtains billow out no easy way to stop it,

The room was dirty, the refrigerator had left over food inside it from a prrevious guest. The bath tub enamel was worn away and mold around the tub edge. The bathroom was also missing base board molding. The toaster didnt work and was unable to toast a bagel.. The staff was friendly.

Not in a good area. Old but renovated. Air conditioner/heater stunk up the whole place.

All you hear is the highway. Beds were ok. Room was clean. The drain on the sink was disconnected water went all over floor.

We checked in and went to our room and was met with it already being occupied by roaches. The floors look like carpet in the online photos but they are not. It's vinyl flooring so if it rains and you go in your room be prepared to bust your butt. Also the bath fan , top of the fridge (wife wrote her name in it ) and other areas have not been cleaned. Very unsatisfied

The posting is false. The property is not connected to a convention center. The property is dated and feels unsafe. The front side is not being booked at all only the back. The trash of old room items is piled back there. I booked 2 rooms, my non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The door had gaps in it through which sunlight filtered in. I planned for my teenagers to have one room and I the other, but we didn't feel safe enough to do that. After, I killed a bug in the window and found black specks in the bed, we left. We stayed no more than an hour. They should be ashamed to not offer a refund for such a short, unsatisfactory experience. I just wasted my money. I drank a mountain dew and completed the rest of my trip. I certainly couldn't stay there.

Outside entrance was convenient. Could use sausage or other meat on breakfast.

Fine check in. Room very cold and has not heated up adequately after 4 hours.
