There was a lot of graffiti in the area and not clean. Did not appezr safe

As a solo female traveler the location was really convenient but the area nearby is one to watch out for. Other than that the hotel is excellent and would highly recommend.

Terrible communication. I called them multiple times over multiple days to cancel or change my reservation. They didn't pick up the phone. Then when they finally did. The person said to send an email. I sent an email and there was no still response.

The first three days were very hot and I was in a room where the AC wasn't working. I thought it was their normal vent system but after asking the third, they gave me a small fan for the third night so I can change room the day after. After that, everything else was okay. Went to the restaurant on the Thurs but it was closed despite displaying in their menu that it was open. The parking lot ended up flooded where the water remained several days in some lots. Perhaps, it was an average experience

I like the room space is enough to rest and have a good bath after a long walking day. I didnt like the surrounding area no Many option to Ray. The metro is very close

Terrible parking, we could not enter the garage because it’s too narrow plus you have to pay 30 Евро. Rooms are small

Good value for money close to subway and just outside city center. Good breakfast, friendly staff and spacious rooms. Bathrooms seem new and they are fresh.

Very good quality price hotel with nice location.

Room size was good, comfy bed and good breakfast. Shame the room wasn’t as clean as you would have wanted it to be. Black hair in the shower (easy to spot) and around the toilet area. Also housekeeping didn’t pick it up on the second day and didn’t even empty the bin. Drop marks near the toilet as well. Staff was friendly and location is great. Area around the hotel is fine and didn’t feel unsafe. Mattress was on the firmer side which I prefer. Shame the air vent was right above the bed which meant you had the cold air constantly blowing on your face. This was not for me but had no choice as without the Aircon, the room quickly went to 29C. The most annoying thing however was the bright flashing white LEDs from the smoke sensor. It is as bright as a flash from an iPhone in darkness. Also because it was so hot, would have been nice to have some complimentary water in the fridge but you only saw a sign that you can buy drinks somewhere. Shame as water should be standard in any room especially a Hilton branded hotel.

I loved our stay at this hotel as it was 10 min away from the Brussels main railway station. We found good dining options near the hotel. We paid for breakfast and it was worth it.

Well hotel is very nice, we only one problem 1st room was not fully clean dirty towels and bathroom was bad. 2 was clean but shower was no good clean, I think should be somebody to check all this details at property.

Nice rooms and great property

Enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable room. Easy to walk to the Grand Place, and close transportation options. We has breakfast included, and it was very good.

Clean comfortable and quiet which is what I enjoy.

We arrived late in the evening due to some train issues. Check-in process could have been faster if the receptionists were available on the spot; I guess they were having their break (at 10:15 pm?). Overall, room and bathroom are in a good condition and clean. They also have a Britta water station (still & sparkling), in a way it was helpful since we can refill our water bottle.

Bed was hard. Bathroom door must be closed in order to enter or exit room. They interfere with each other in that space. Room and bathroom were clean. Terrace area was nice but seemed to be used for smoking, even though it was a non-smoking hotel.

Staff was professional and the hotel was quiet, breakfast great. Clean

When I arrived, the first time I was given a room with someone to live in, the second time I told me the wrong building, and the third time the elevator broke down, which made me climb the sixth floor, which made me exhausted.

Well worth a visit….
